Ինձ համար պարզ է, որ Արցախի հարցի նման հանգուցալուծման հարցում եղել է միջազգային կոնսեսուս: Դրա մաս են ոչ միայն ՌԴ–ն, այլև հենց Արևմուտքը: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան գրառման մեջ նշել է ադրեջանագետ Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանը:

Ցավալիորեն, այդ կոնսեսուսը նաև ձևավորվել է ՀՀ իշխանությունների՝ Արցախի հարցում վարած սխալ քաղաքականության հետևանքով: Դրա մասին արդեն երկու տարուց ավել է, ինչ խոսել ենք մի քանի փորձագետներով: Բայց մարդիկ գերադասում են հեքիաթներ բարի, փրկիչ Արևմուտքի ու չար Ռուսաստանի մասին՝ չհասկանալով, որ հույսդ նախ քո հետ պետք է կապես, երբ դու թույլ, անկարող ես, հավերժ խնդրողի ու խղճահարություն հայցողի դերում, քեզ միայն խղճահարություն էլ բաժին է հասնելու...
