Միրզոյանը բարձր է գնահատել ԼՂ-ից տեղահանված անձանց աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու Կիպրոսի պատրաստակամությունը

Հոկտեմբերի 2-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել Կիպրոսի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի՝ տարբեր խմբակցություններ ներկայացնող պատվիրակության հետ, որը ղեկավարում էր ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի հետ համագործակցության միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հարիս Գեորգիադեսը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում զրուցակիցները քննարկել են տարածաշրջանային անվտանգությանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Արարատ Միրզոյանը շեշտել է, որ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ գործողությունների, այդ թվում՝ սեպտեմբերի 19-ի լայնածավալ ռազմական հարձակման հետևանքով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովուրդը ստիպված էր լքել իր բնօրրանը՝ ենթարկվելով էթնիկ զտման:
ԱԳ Նախարարը հիշեցրել է, որ հայկական կողմը բազմիցս ահազանգում էր ԼՂ-ում ահագնացող իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ, այդ թվում՝ ՄԱԿ Անվտանգության խորհրդի և Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի շրջանակներում, այդուհանդերձ միջազգային հանրությունը, մասնավորապես ՄԱԿ-ը և հիմնական դերակատարները ճիշտ ժամանակին չձեռնարկեցին հասցեական թիրախային գործողություններ՝ կանխելու այս արհավիրքը։
Անդրադառնալով խնդրի վերաբերյալ Կիպրոսի դիրքորոշմանը՝ նախարար Միրզոյանը բարձր է գնահատել Կիպրոսի խորհրդարանի սկզբունքային մոտեցումն ու բանաձևերի ընդունումը, ինչպես նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու Կիպրոսի պատրաստակամությունը:
Երկուստեք ընդգծվել է՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակը ցույց տվեց, որ քաղաքական հայտարարությունները բավարար չեն և անհրաժեշտ են հստակ քայլեր՝ ուժի կամ ուժի սպառնալիքի կիրառման, Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականության և ինքնիշխանության նկատմամբ նկրտումների բացառման նպատակով:
