Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչները դեռևս չեն տեսակցել Ադրբեջանի կողմից գերեվարված Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին, Լևոն Մնացականյանին, Դավիթ Մանուկյանին և Դավիթ Բաբայանին։
Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է ԿԽՄԿ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի հաղորդակցության ծրագրերի պատասխանատու Զառա Ամատունին։
«Սա այն թեման է, որ չափազանց կոնֆիդենցիալ է, ես չեմ կարող ընթացակարգերով կիսվել։ Մենք թիվ և ընթացակարգ չենք հրապարակում։ Եթե տեսակցություն լինում է՝ ապա հաստատում ենք, ասում ենք՝ այո տեսակցել ենք, եթե նման բան կա, կամ ասում ենք՝ այո, կապ եղել է հարազատների հետ, եթե նման բան եղել է։ Այս դեպքում ՝ չեմ կարող որևէ կերպ մեկնաբանել այդ հարցը։ Ամեն դեպքում հարցը մեր ուշադրության կենտրոնում է»։
Հարցին, թե այցելե՞լ են արդյոք սեպտեմբերի 19-20-ին տեղի ունեցած պատերազմական գործողությունների արդյունքում այլ գերեվարվածներին և կարո՞ղ են ասել, թե քանի նոր գերեվարված անձինք կան՝ տիկին Ամատունին հայտնեց, որ տվյալները հավաքագրում են ։
«Կարող եմ ասել, որ ձերբակալված անձանց հետ կապված հարցը մեր ուշադրության կենտրոնում է։ Մենք չենք կարող նաև տեղեկություն հայտնել, թե խոսքը քանի անձանց մասին է, բայց կարող եմ ասել, որ մենք ընդունում ենք ու գրանցում այն մարդկանց, ովքեր փնտրում են իրենց հարազատներին, ենթադրում են, որ նրանք կարող են լինել ձերբակալված»։
