Միքայել Մելքումյանն այս տարի Հայաստանում իշխանափոխության համար բևեռացված պայքարի հնարավորություն չի տեսնում

ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանը Հայաստանում իշխանափոխության համար հասարակությանը համախմբելու ներուժ ու հավակնություններ ունեցող քաղաքական ուժ չի տեսնում: Այս մասին պատգամավորն ասաց հունվարի 13-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը: «Ես չեմ տեսնում քաղաքական ուժ, որը կկարողանա ռեալ իշխանափոխության խնդիր դնել և ստանալ հասարակության աջակցությունը: Գուցե այդպես չէ, սակայն իմ դիտարկումները դա են ցույց տալիս: Մինչև 2017 թ. ես այդ առումով որևէ փոփոխություն չեմ տեսնում»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց պատգամավորը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ 2016 թ. քաղաքական ուժերի համար լինելու է նախընտրական տարի: «Ես տեսնում եմ, որ քաղաքական կուսակցությունների մեծ մասը գնալու են մարզեր, ձևավորելու են իրենց տարածքային կառույցներն այն տարածքներում, որտեղ դրանք չեն եղել կամ պասիվացել են, ակտիվացնել և տեսնել, թե իրենց ծրագրերը, գաղափարները ինչպես են իրականացնելու»,- ընդգծեց պատգամավորը:
Մելքումյանը ցավով նկատեց, որ Հայաստանում ընտրությունները չեն ընթանում ծրագրերի և գաղափարների շուրջ:«Քաղաքագետները շատ հաճախ են ասում, որ ընդդիմությանը չի հաջողվում միավորվել, քանի որ ծրագրային հենքը լավը չի, մենակ գոռում են իշխանափոխության մասին, սակայն ծրագիր ու գաղափար չունեն: Դա հետևանք է այն բանի, որ անցած 25 տարում Հայաստանում ընդդիմությունը հնարավորություն և պայմաններ չի ունեցել իշխանության գալու համար, անընդհատ պարտվել է: Այսինքն, ես կարծում եմ, որ որևէ բևեռացված պայքար չի լինելու, «թեժ աշուն», «թեժ գարուն» ն ման բաներ չեն լինելու»,- հավելեց ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավորը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ քաղաքական ուժերն ավելի ակտիվ կլինեն 2017 թ.: «Պետք է ինստիտուցիոնալ պայքար մղեն քաղաքական կուսակցությունները: Դա ավելի հստակ կլինի այն ժամանակ, երբ կընդունվի նոր ընտրական օրենսգիրքը, երբ ապագա ընտրական գործընթացի բովանդակությունն ու առանձնահատկությունները ճշտված կլինեն»,- նշեց պագամավորը՝ կարծիք հայտնելով, որ մինչև հունիս-հուլիս խորհրդարանական քաղաքական ուժերը հանդես կգան խորհրդարանում, իսկ դրանից դուրս այդքան ակտիվ չեն լինի:
