Ռուս խաղաղապահների անձնուրաց և պրոֆեսիոնալ գործողություններն օգնեցին խուսափել ավելի շատ զոհերից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հակամարտության սրման ժամանակ։ Այս մասին, ինչպես նշում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, հայտարարել է ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն։

«Իրենց անձնուրաց և պրոֆեսիոնալ գործողությունների համար շնորհակալ եմ մեր տղաներին՝ ռուս խաղաղապահներին, որոնք օգնեցին խուսափել ավելի շատ զոհերից։ Խաղաղապահները համակողմանի բուժօգնություն են ցուցաբերել վիրավորներին և կարիքավորներին», - ասել է նա ՌԴ Զինված ուժերի ղեկավարության հետ խորհրդակցության ժամանակ։

Շոյգուի խոսքով՝ ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի օգնությամբ տեղակայվել է մոդուլային ճամբար՝ ժամանակակից սարքավորումներով, վիրաբուժական օգնության հնարավորությամբ, օպերացիոն մոդուլ՝ վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքով։

«Հատուկ բժշկական ջոկատում ընդգրկված են տարբեր մասնագիտությունների փորձառու բժիշկներ»,- ընդգծել է ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարը։

Շոյգուն ասել է, որ ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի միջնորդությամբ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից Հայաստանի տարածք է տարհանվել ԼՂ ավելի քան 98 հազար խաղաղ բնակիչ, այդ թվում՝ 32 հազար երեխա։

«Մարդկանց զոհվելը կանխելու համար որոշվել է խաղաղ բնակիչներին տարհանել և տեղավորել  դիտակետերում և բազային ճամբարում։ Ռուս խաղաղապահների միջնորդությամբ պատերազմող կողմերին հաջողվել է համաձայնության գալ կրակի ամբողջական դադարեցման շուրջ։ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից Հայաստանի տարածք է տեղափոխվել 98 հազար խաղաղ բնակիչ, այդ թվում՝ մոտ 32 հազար երեխա»,-ասել է նա ՌԴ զինված ուժերի ղեկավարության հետ խորհրդակցության ժամանակ։
 
Ըստ Շոյգուի՝ ապահովվել է գրեթե 300 տոննա մարդասիրական բեռի առաքումը Աղդամի (Ակնա) և Լաչինի երթուղիներով։

«Ռուս զինվորականները մասնակցել են Ստեփանակերտի վառելիքի պահեստում բռնկված հրդեհի մարմանը»,- հավելել է նա։
