Դատապարտում ենք Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի առաջնորդների և այլոց ձերբակալությունները․ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ

Խստորեն դատապարտում ենք Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի առաջնորդների՝ Արկադի Ղուկասյանի, Բակո Սահակյանի, Արայիկ Հարությունյանի, Դավիթ Իշխանյանի, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի և այլոց ձերբակալությունները։
Այս մասին ասված է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ․
«Չնայած ԼՂ ներկայացուցիչների հետ երկխոսությանը, հայերի իրավունքների հարգման և պաշտպանության, նրանց վերադարձը ԼՂ չխոչընդոտելու պատրաստակամության, տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հաստատման վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների հայտարարություններին, Ադրբեջանի իրավապահ մարմինները շարունակում են կամայական ձերբակալությունները:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը բազմիցս, այդ թվում՝ սեպտեմբերի 23-ին ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի հարթակից, բարձրաձայնել է այդպիսի գործողությունների բացառումը երաշխավորելու անհրաժեշտության մասին։ Սեպտեմբերի 28-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն արդեն իսկ դիմում է ներկայացրել ՄԱԿ-ի Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարան՝ Ռասայական խտրականության բոլոր ձևերի վերացման միջազգային կոնվենցիայի շրջանակներում քննվող Հայաստանն ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի գործով ժամանակավոր միջոց կիրառելու մասին Ադրբեջանից պահանջելով ձեռնպահ մնալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ներկայիս կամ նախկին ղեկավարության կամ զինվորականների նկատմամբ պատժիչ գործողություններից։
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը կձեռնարկի բոլոր հնարավոր քայլերն ապօրինաբար ձերբակալված ԼՂ ներկայացուցիչների իրավունքները միջազգային, այդ թվում՝ դատական ատյաններում պաշտպանելու համար։
Նաև կոչ ենք անում միջազգային գործընկերներին հետամուտ լինել մինչ օրս Ադրբեջանին ուղղված բոլոր՝ ԼՂ ժողովրդի իրավունքների և անվտանգության պաշտպանության վերաբերյալ իրենց ուղերձներին և խնդիրը հասցեագրել թե´ Ադրբեջանի հետ երկկողմ հարաբերությունների տիրույթում, թե´ տարբեր միջազգային ատյաններում»։
