Արդեն գրել ենք, որ երեկ Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն առևանգել և ապօրինի ձերբակալել են Արցախի նախկին նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանին։ Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները գրում են, որ հայտնի է Հարությունյանի իրավունքները պաշտպանող փաստաբանի ինքնությունը։
Ըստ այդմ, ԼՂՀ նախկին ղեկավարի փաստաբանը Ալով Սաֆարալիևն է։ Սոցցանցի իր էջում նա հայտնել է, որ որպես պաշտպան մասնակցել է Հարությունյանի հարցաքննությանը։
«Հարությունյանը հարցաքննվել է, միայն կարող եմ ասել, որ նրա տված ցուցմունքը կօգնի գտնել բազմաթիվ հարցերի պատասխաններ»,- հավելել է ադրբեջանցի փաստաբանը։ Նրա պնդմամբ, Հարությունյանի ֆիզիկական և հոգեբանական վիճակը նորմալ է․
«Ես կիրականացնեմ նրա պաշտպանությունը Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության օրենքներին և իրավական էթիկայի համաձայն, մի խոսքով, բարեխղճորեն կկատարեմ իմ մասնագիտական պարտքը»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ Ստեփանակերտում ապօրինի ձերբակալվել են ԼՂ նախկին նախագահներ Արկադի Ղուկասյանը (1997-2007 թթ.), Բակո Սահակյանը (2007-2020 թթ.), Արայիկ Հարությունյանը (2020-2023 թթ․), ինչպես նաև գործող նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամյանը, ԼՂ խորհրդարանի վերջին նախագահ, ՀՅԴ կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ Դավիթ Իշխանյանը։ Որոշ տեղեկություններով՝ գերեվարվել է նաև Արցախի ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Արայիկ Մելքումյանը։
