Մեր հիմնական նպատակն Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղ ապրելու խնդրի լուծումն է․ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի հարցազրույցը France 2-ին

Հանրապետության նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը France 2 հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում անդրադարձել է ներկայումս Հայաստանում և տարածաշրջանում առկա իրադրությանն ու Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում սանձազերծած ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով բռնի տեղահանվածների խնդրիրներին:
Նախագահը շեշտել է, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից ավելի քան 9 ամիս տևած շրջափակման և դրան հաջորդած՝ սեպտեմբերի 19-20-ին լայնածավալ ռազմական ուժի կիրառման հետևանքով ավելի քան հարյուր հազար հայեր հարկադրված են եղել ընդամենը օրերի ընթացքում տեղափոխվել Հայաստան՝ որտեղ նրանց ֆիզիկական գոյությունը վտանգված չի լինի:
Նախագահն անդրադարձել է նաև վերջին ամիսներին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակի հանգուցալուծման նպատակով միջազգային տարբեր կառույցների նախաձեռնություններին և նշել, որ չնայած գնահատելի են մասնավորապես Ֆրանսիայի և տարբեր հեղինակավոր կառույցների ջանքերը խնդրի խաղաղ ճանապարհով լուծման և ելքեր գտնելու ուղղությամբ, այնուամենայնիվ դրանք բավարար չեն եղել ինչպես Լաչինի հումանիտար միջանցքն ապաշրջափակելու, այնպես էլ Ադրբեջանին զսպելու և ուժի կիրառումը բացառելու համար:
«Այստեղ պետք է հասկանալ մեկ այլ, առավել լայն ասպեկտ, խոսքը չի վերաբերում միայն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղին, այլև աշխարհի ցանկացած կետում ինչպես ենք մենք վերաբերվելու նմանօրինակ հիմնախնդիրներին, ինչ լծակներ կան նման զարգացումները կասեցնելու համար, արդյոք մենք պետք է սպասենք աղետալի իրադարձությունները տեղի ունենան, հետո նոր միայն փաստենք զոհերի, արտագաղթողների, ունեզրկվածների ու բռնի տեղահանվածների առկայությունը, սա խնդիր է որը վերաբերում է ոչ միայն Հայաստանին ու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղին, այլև աշխարհի ցանկացած բնակավայրում ապրող մարդուն»,- նշել է նախագահը:
Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև ռազմական համագործակցության հնարավորությանը Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը նշել է, որ 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 11-12-ին Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ ռազմական ագրեսիան պարզ դարձրեց, որ առկա անվտանգային համակարգերը բավարար չեն մեր երկրի տարածքային ամբողջականության լիարժեք պաշտպանության համար, ուստի Հայաստանը քայլեր է ձեռնարկում երկրի պաշտպանունակությունը բարձրացնելու ուղղությամբ զարգացնելով գործընկերների՝ այդ թվում Ֆրանսիայի հետ հարաբերությունները և նոր կապեր ստեղծելով: Նախագահը միևնույն ժամանակ ընդգծել է, որ ռազմական ոլորտում Ֆրանսիայի և այլ երկրների հետ համագործակցությունը ուղղված չէ որևէ երրորդ երկրի դեմ և միայն պաշտպանական նպատակ ունի: Ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերություններին Հանրապետության նախագահն ասել է.
«Մեր հիմնական նպատակն Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղ ապրելու խնդրի լուծումն է, մենք տարածաշրջանում երկարաժամկետ ու կայուն խաղաղության հաստատման կողմնակից ենք, մեր քաղաքականությունը միտված է դրան և մեր միջազգային գործընկերներից մենք ակնկալում ենք աջակցություն հենց այս հարցում, մենք ցանկանում ենք խաղաղ ապրել մեր երկրում և հարևանների հետ խնդիրները հարթել խաղաղ գործիքակազմերով և զարգացնել բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունները»:
