Անհետ կորած զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին աջակցության տրամադրման ժամկետը կերկարաձգվի. նախագիծ․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Պաշտպանության նախարարությունն առաջարկում է փոփոխություններ կատարել կառավարության 2020 թ. դեկտեմբերի 10-ի N 2001-Լ որոշման մեջ: Նախագծով նախատեսվում է անհետ կորած զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին աջակցության տրամադրման ժամկետը երկարաձգել մինչև 2023 թ. դեկտեմբեր ամիսը ներառյալ, ինչպես նաև հանձնարարվում է աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարին՝ ներկայացնել առաջարկություն գործընթացի ֆինանսավորման վերաբերյալ:
Կառավարության N 2001-Լ՝ «Ադրբեջանի կողմից 2020 թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ին սանձազերծված ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով անհայտ կորած զինծառայողների ընտանիքների աջակցության միջոցառումը հաստատելու մասին» որոշմամբ նախատեսված է մինչև 2023 թ. հոկտեմբերը ներառյալ ամենամսյա դրամական վճարի ձևով սոցիալական աջակցության տրամադրում զինծառայողի ընտանիքին՝ ամսական 300 000 դրամի չափով, սակայն ոչ ավելի, քան մինչև անհետ կորած զինծառայողին դատական կարգով անհայտ բացակայող ճանաչելը:
Որոշման հավելվածի 4-րդ կետի 3-րդ ենթակետի համաձայն, գտնվելու վայրն անհայտ զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին ամենամսյա դրամական վճարի տրամադրումը դադարեցվում է, եթե ամենամսյա դրամական վճարը վճարվել է մինչև 2023 թ. հոկտեմբերը ներառյալ, որի արդյունքում 2023 թ. սեպտեմբերի 29-ի դրությամբ դեռևս անհայտ բացակայող ճանաչելու մասին դատական ակտեր չունեցող թվով 54 անհետ կորած համարվող զինծառայողի ընտանիքների աջակցության տրամադրումը դադարեցվելու է 2023 թ. նոյեմբերի 1-ից:
Առկա իրողություններով պայմանավորված՝ առաջարկվում է աջակցության վճարման ժամկետը երկարաձգել մինչև 2023 թ. դեկտեմբերը ներառյալ: Որոշման նախագծի ընդունման դեպքում շահառու հանդիսացող թվով 54 անհայտ կորած զինծառայողի ընտանիքի աջակցության տրամադրման ֆինանսական հաշվարկը 2023 թ. նոյեմբեր-դեկտեմբեր ամիսների համար կազմում է 32400000 ՀՀ դրամ: Անհրաժեշտ միջոցները նախատեսվում է ներգրավել 2023 թ. պետական բյուջեով ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությանը հատկացված միջոցների վերաբաշխումների հաշվին:
