Հայաստանն առաջատար է դարձել Ռուսաստանից հարեւան երկրներ դրամական փոխանցումների ծավալով, օգոստոսի տվյալներով՝ փոխանցումները գերազանցել են 30 մլրդ ռուբլին։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրել է ՌԲԿ-ն՝ հղում կատարելով հանրապետությունների կենտրոնական բանկերին։ Հաշվարկների ժամանակ օգտագործվել են այն երկրների կենտրոնական բանկերի փոխանցումների տվյալները, որոնք հաշվի են առել տրանզակցիաները բանկային ենթակառուցվածքով եւ/կամ դրամական փոխանցումների համակարգի միջոցով։

2023թ. օգոստոսի արդյունքներով՝ Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան ուղարկվել է 32,8 մլրդ ռուբլուն համարժեք գումար, ինչը 7,2 անգամ ավելին է 2021թ. միջին ամսական փոխանցումների համեմատ։ Համեմատության համար. 2022թ. սեպտեմբերին այդ ցուցանիշը 24,8 մլրդ ռուբլու մակարդակի էր։ 2023թ. փետրվարին այն ամենամեծն է եղել, երբ փոխանցումների ծավակը հասել է 44 մլրդ ռուբլու։ Նշվել է, որ Հայաստանի ԿԲ-ն հաշվի է առնում ոչ միայն ֆիզիկական, այլեւ իրավաբանական անձանց փոխանցումները։

Վրաստանում եւ Ղազախստանում փոխանցումների ծավալը կրճատվել է ՌԴ-ում հայտարարված մասնակի զորակոչի հետ կապված։ Օգոստոսին Ռուսաստանից Վրաստան է փոխանցվել 5,7 մլրդ ռուբլի կամ 2021թ. միջին ամսական ծավալի 228 տոկոսը։ 2022թ. հոկտեմբերին եւ դեկտեմբերին աճը կազմել է 736 տոկոս եւ 840 տոկոս համապատասխանաբար։ Դեկտեմբերին Ռուսաստանից Վրաստան փոխանցումների ծավալը կազմել է առավելագույնը՝ 21 մլրդ ռուբլի, ինչից հետո այս ցուցանիշն սկսել է նվազել։

Նման իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Ղազախստանում, որը օգոստոսին Ռուսաստանից ստացել է 1,6 մլդ ռուբլու փոխանցումներ՝ 2021թ. միջին ամսական մեծության 207,9 տոկոսը։ Անցած տարվա հոկտեմբերին ցուցանիշը գտնվել է 726,3 տոկոսի մակարդակում՝ 2021թ. մակարդակի համեմատ։ Վիճակագրությունը հաշվի է առել միայն «Золотая корона», «Юнистрим» եւ Contact համակարգերով արված փոխանցումները։

Ղրղըզստանի ԿԲ վերջին տվյալներով՝ 2023թ. հուլիսին երկիրը ՌԴ-ից ստացել է 12 մլրդ ռուբլի, ինչը 72,7 տոկոսով ավելին է 2021թ. միջին ամսական ցուցանիշի համեմատ։ 2022թ. հոկտեմբերին փոխանցումների ծավալն ամենամեծն է եղել՝ 16,8 մլրդ ռուբլի։ Մնացած ամիսներին փոխանցումները նվազել են։ Դա, ըստ Pen&Paper կազմակերպության համաղեկավար Կիրա Վինոկուրովայի, կապված է Ռուսաստանից աշխատանքային միգրանտների արտահոսքով՝ ռուբլու էժանացման ֆոնին։

Ավելի վաղ ՌԲԿ-ն տեղեկացրել էր, որՌուսաստանից փոխանցումներն ամենաշատն են եղել 2022թ. հոկտեմբերին, երբ ռուսաստանցիները արտասահման են փոխանցել ընդհանուր առմամբ 1,1 մլրդ դոլար, աճը կազմել է 210 տոկոս։ Այս տարվա հուլիսին գրանցվել է փոխանցումների ծավալի առաջին կրճատումը 2022թ. մարտից ի վեր, այդ ժամանակ Ռուսաստանից չորս հանրապետություններ փոխանցվել էր 625,9 մլն դոլար։
