Յունիբանկը ձեռներեցներին առաջարկում է էքսպրես վարկավորում. մինչև 2 մլն դրամի վարկ կարելի է ստանալ առանց գրավի և երաշխավորների։ Վարկի հաստատման մասին նախնական որոշումը կայացվում է 5 րոպեում:
 
Վարկային միջոցները տրամադրվում են բիզնեսին ընթացիկ գործունեության ֆինանսավորման և հիմնական միջոցներ ձեռքբերելու, ինչպես նաև այլ բանկերում վարկերի  վերաֆինանսավորման համար: Միկրո Էքսպրես վարկը տրամադրվում է ՀՀ դրամով կամ ԱՄՆ դոլարով՝ մինչև 5 տարի ժամկետով: Տարեկան տոկոսադրույքը՝ սկսած 9,5%:
 
«Փոքր բիզնեսի զարգացման համար կարևոր է ունենալ մատչելի վարկային ռեսուրսներ՝ վարկառուների համար թափանցիկ և հասկանալի պայմաններով։ Միկրո Էքսպրես վարկը շտապօգնություն է բիզնեսի համար. վարկի վերաբերյալ նախնական որոշումը կայացվում է 5 րոպեում։ Էքսպրես վարկավորման կարևոր առավելությունն է, որ վարկը տրամադրվում է առանց գրավի կամ երաշխավորի: Հաճախորդը չի կրում գրավի ապահովագրության, նոտարական և կադաստրային ծառայությունների հետ կապված ծախսեր»,- նշեց Յունիբանկի Վարչության նախագահի տեղակալ, Կորպորատիվ բիզնեսի զարգացման և վաճառքների գծով տնօրեն Դավիթ Պետրոսյանը։
 
Միկրո և փոքր ձեռնարկությունների համար վարկերի հասանելիությունը մեծացնելու նպատակով Յունիբանկը ոչ միայն բարելավել է վարկավորման պայմանները, այլև հնարավորինս պարզեցրել  վարկերի հաստատման ընթացակարգը։ Գործընթացի  ավտոմատացման նորհիվ Միկրո Էքսպրես վարկի նախահաստատումն իրականացվում է հաշված րոպեների ընթացքում:
