«Սերունդ» հիմնադրամն իր ընթացքը կշարունակի Սյունիքում. առաջին շահառու համայնքը Կոռնիձորն է․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ամիսներ առաջ «Փաստը» պատմել էր «Սերունդ» հիմնադրամի մասին, որը ստեղծվել է 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո մի խումբ գործարարների կողմից: Հիմնադրամն իր սոցիալական ծրագրերը սկսել էր իրականացնել Արցախի Հանրապետության մի քանի բնակավայրերում։ Նրա կարևոր առաքելությունը ծնելիության աճին նպաստելն է: Նախաձեռնության հիմքում կանգնած մարդկանց միավորել է կարևոր գաղափար՝ հայկական ընտանիքներում պետք է շատ երեխաներ ծնվեն: Ընտրվել էին Արցախի սահմանամերձ շահառու համայնքներ, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուր նոր ծնված երեխա հիմնադրամից ամսական 50 000 դրամ պետք է ստանար՝ պայմանով, որ 16 տարի 8 ամիս շարունակ չէր բացակայելու իր ծննդավայր համարվող համայնքից։
Ծրագրի շահառու էին Արցախի Չարեքտար, Եղծահող, Հին Շեն, Մեծ Շեն, Լիսագոր և Սյունիքի Կոռնիձոր համայնքները: Քաղաքագետ Թևան Պողոսյանից «Փաստը» հետաքրքրվեց, թե նոր և ցավալի իրականության պայմաններում ինչ ընթացք է ունենալու հիմնադրամը: «Նախնական որոշումը հետևյալն է՝ հինգ երեխաները, որոնք հիմնադրամի շահառու էին, կշարունակեն ստանալ ամսական գումարը, իսկ հիմա Սյունիքի Կոռնիձոր համայնքն է լինելու հիմնադրամի առաջին շահառուն: Կախված նվիրատվություններից և այլ հանգամանքներից՝ հետագայում Սյունիքում կավելանան նոր համայնքներ:
Հիմնադրամի նպատակն է սահմանամերձ համայնքների հզորացումը»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է Պողոսյանը՝ շեշտելով, որ հիմնադրամին նոր միացող նվիրատուների գումարները ներկայումս ուղղվելու են Սյունիքի Կոռնիձոր, իսկ հետագայում նաև մյուս համայնքներում ծնվող բալիկներին: Արցախում ծնված և հիմնադրամի շահառու հանդիսացող հինգ երեխաները սահմանված ընթացակարգով կշարունակեն ստանալ ամսական գումարը:
