ՀՀ իշխանությունների պարտականությունն է Արցախի պետաշխատողների աշխատավարձերի փոխանցումը. պատգամավոր

Մամուլն այսօր գրել էր այն մասին, թե «չնայած Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանի հրամանագրով Արցախի պետական գերատեսչությունները մինչեւ 2024-ի հունվարի 1-ը պետք է գործեին, իսկ այդ ժամկետն ընտրվել էր, որպեսզի տեղահանված արցախցիները, որոնց մոտ 70 տոկոսը պետական ապարատի աշխատողներ են, մի քանի ամիս աշխատավարձ ստանային, երեկ տեղեկացանք, որ անգամ սեպտեմբերի աշխատավարձը բոլորը չեն ստացել, եւ հնարավոր է՝ չստանան»։
Ըստ հրապարակման՝ ՀՀ իշխանություններին զայրացրել է այն տեղեկությունը, թե Շահրամանյանը Հայաստանում խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել եւ, ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, գնահատականներ հնչեցրել ՀՀ իշխանությունների հասցեին, ինչպես նաեւ՝ պայքարը շարունակելու մասին խոսել։

MediaHub.am-ի հետ զրույցում Արցախի ԱԺ «Արդարություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը հաստատեց՝ սեպտեմբերի համար պետական ապարատում աշխատողներին որևէ վճարում չի եղել, տեղեկություններ էլ ունեն՝ հոկտեմբերից աշխատավարձ չի լինելու, թեև այս լուրերը պաշտոնական չեն։
Նա նշեց՝ իրենց որևէ կերպ չեն զգուշացրել, որ աշխատավարձ չեն ստանալու։
«Կարծում եմ՝ ՀՀ իշխանությունների պարտականությունն է Արցախի պետական աշխատողների աշխատավարձերի փոխանցումը, քանի որ մեր պետական բյուջեի գումարներին այս պահին ՀՀ իշխանությունն է տնօրինում»,- ասաց Հակոբյանը։
Նա տեղեկացրեց նաև, որ իրենք հիմա էլ համարվում են պատգամավորներ, քանի որ Արցախի ԱԺ-ն որևէ մեկը չի կարող լուծարել, պետք է ինքնալուծարվի։
«Կարծում եմ՝ ոչ միայն պատգամավորները, այլ բոլորը պետք է աշխատավարձ ստանային, քանի որ բնակչության 70%-ը պետական աշխատողներ են։ Այդ մարդիկ այստեղ իրենց աշխատավարձի հույսով տներ են վարձել, ու հիմա փաստի առաջ են կանգնած։ Մենք էլ չգիտենք՝ ում դիմել, քաոս է»,- հավելեց Հակոբյանը։
