Արցախցի երեխաները «մնում են օդում», մանկապարտեզներում տեղ չկա

Իրենց հայրենի տներից բռնի տեղահանված արցախցիների համար օր օրի նոր խնդիրներ են ի հայտ գալիս։ Ապրելու վայրից մինչև կենցաղային առաջին անհրաժեշտության իրերի բացակայություն․ և այս ամենին զուգահեռ ևս մեկ խնդիր՝ մանկապարտեզներում տեղ չկա։
«Մի կերպ փորձում ենք հարմարվել, աշխատանք գտնել, որ ցամաք հացի գումար վաստակենք, բայց փաստորեն, դա էլ է մարտահրավեր։ Մանկապարտեզներում տեղ չկա, որ երեխաները հաճախեն, ծնողներն էլ աշխատեն։ Ուր դիմում ենք, ասում են՝ տեղ չկա։ Հիմա մենք ի՞նչ անենք»,- MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց արցախցի կանանցից մեկը, որ բախվել է նման խնդրի։
Նշենք, որ մեր ստացած հիմնական բողոքները Երևանի մանկապարտեզներից էին, մարզերից դեռևս նման ահազանգեր չենք ստացել։
MediaHub-ը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանից հետաքրքրվեց, թե արդյո՞ք այս հարցը քննարկվում է, արդյո՞ք լուծումներ լինելու են։
«Ամենայն հարգանքով արցախցիների նկատմամբ, բայց պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ նախքան այս էլ մենք 8000 դիմում ունեինք, և այդքան երեխա սպասում է մանկապարտեզ հաճախելու իր հերթին։ Դուք գիտեք, որ այս տարի 24 մանկապարտեզ ենք նորոգում, պայմաններ ենք բարելավում, քանի որ դրա անհրաժեշտությունը կա։ Ու խնդիրն ավելի տեսանելի է հիմա, երբ ուսումնական տարին մեկնարկել է, ու սեպտեմբերի մեկին մենք չէինք դիտարկել արցախցի երեխաներին տեղավորելու հարցը։ Բայց և այնպես, հիմա մենք փորձում ենք արցախցի փոքրիկների՝ մանկապարտեզներում տեղավորելու հարցը լուծել այն մանկապարտեզների հաշվին, որտեղ վերադասավորման հնարավորություն կա։ Այդ դեպքում մենք առանց հերթի ու գրանցման այդ երեխաներին տեղավորում ենք»,- ներկայացրին քաղաքապետարանից։
Դիտարկմանը, թե արդյո՞ք հնարավոր չէ նորոգվող մանկապարտեզներից մեկի շինարարական աշխատանքներն արագացնել և մանկապարտեզը նախատեսվածից շուտ շահագործման հանձնել, քաղաքապետարանից արձագանքեցին, որ առանց այդ էլ ամեն ինչ արվում է մաքսիմալ արագացված, բայց կան շինարարական նորմեր, որոնք խախտել չի կարելի, կան ժամկետներ, որոնք հստակ են։
Ուստի, այս պահին արցախցի փոքրիկների հույսը մանկապարտեզներում իրականացվող «ռակիրովկաներն» են։
