ՌԴ նախագահի օգնականը նաև վստահեցրել է, որ եթե ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշեր մասնակցել Ղրղզստանում կայանալիք ԱՊՀ պետությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նիստին, ապա նրա հետ երկկողմ հանդիպում կկազմակերպվեր։
Այս մասին լրագրողներին ասել է ՌԴ նախագահի միջազգային հարցերով օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովը, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը:
«Այստեղ մենք պայմանավորվել ենք կապ հաստատել Ալիևի հետ, քանի որ նա ներկա է լինելու, եթե Փաշինյանը գար, ես 100 տոկոսանոց երաշխիք եմ տալիս, որ նրա հետ հանդիպում կկազմակերպվեր»,- վստահեցրեց Ուշակովը։
Նա չի պարզաբանել պատճառները, թե ինչու է Փաշինյանը որոշել չգալ Բիշքեկ։ «Գիտենք, բայց, հավանաբար, ինքը ինչ-որ կերպ կբացատրի այս հարցը։ Բայց նա չի մասնակցի»,- ասել է Կրեմլի խոսնակը։
Այնուամենայնիվ, նա վստահեցրեց, որ Պուտինի շփումները Փաշինյանի հետ կշարունակվեն։
«Վերջերս տեղի է ունեցել հեռախոսազրույց։ Նրանք ուղղակիորեն զրուցել են Պուտինի ծննդյան օրը, բայց կային որոշ առարկայական պահեր։ Բնականաբար, շփումները կշարունակվեն, քննարկելու շատ բան կա»,- եզրափակել է Ուշակովը։
