«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն ասել է. «Որքան ես հասկանում եմ, Հայաստանն ԱՊՀ-ից ոչ մի տեղ չի գնում»: Միևնույն ժամանակ, նա փաստացի հասկացրել է, որ Ռուսաստանը տարածաշրջանից ոչ մի տեղ գնալու ցանկություն չունի և պատրաստ է նպաստել Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև բանակցությունների վերսկսմանը: ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղարն էլ ասել է՝ Հայաստանը եղել է և կլինի մեր դաշնակիցը: Եթե այս ամենին գումարում ենք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ օրերս արած հայտարարությունը, թե Հայաստանն արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտոր չի փոխում, ինչպես նաև խոսքերը, որ «ՌԴ-ի հետ մեր հարաբերությունները, ինչ-որ կա, չենք չեղարկում, մենք ոչ մի տեղից դուրս չենք եկել», ապա շատ հետաքրքիր պատկեր է ստացվում:

Մյուս կողմից՝ այս ամենը հետաքրքիր է հատկապես հակառուսական այն տոտալ արշավի ֆոնին, որը նախաձեռնել էին իշխանությունները՝ հատկապես իրենց արևմտամոլ սատելիտների միջոցով: Ի դեպ, նշենք, որ մեր տեղեկություններով, անցած շաբաթ օրը Բաղրամյան 26-ում տեղի է ունեցել փակ քննարկում, որին մասնակցել են Անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամները։ Ինչպես հայտնում է թերթի աղբյուրը, քննարկման հիմնական հարցերը վերաբերել են հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններին, փոխադարձ հրաձգություններին, բանակցային պրոցեսում Ռուսաստանի դերակատարությանը, ինչպես նաև 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի ճակատագրին։

Ըստ տեղեկությունների, կարևոր է համարվել, որ այս փուլում հակառուսական թեման զարգացնի բացառապես ՀՀ-ում գործող արևմտյան ֆինանսավորում ունեցող սեգմենտը, իսկ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն առայժմ զերծ մնան այդ թեմայից:
