Ֆրանսիայի Զինված ուժերի նախարար Սեբաստիեն Լըկորնյուն Սենատում 2024 թվականի պաշտպանական բյուջեի քննարկման ժամանակ ասել է, որ այս շաբաթ Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ վերջնական տեսքի են բերելու համագործակցության օպերացիոն և կոնկրետ միջոցառումները, գրում է «Հետք»-ը։
Սենատի արտաքին հարաբերությունների, պաշտպանության եւ զինված ուժերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Սեդրիկ Պերինը նիստի բացման խոսքում միջազգային հրատապ խնդիրների շարքում նշել է նաեւ Հայաստանի վրա կախված սպառնալիքը։
Ի պատասխան՝ Լըկորնյուն ասել է, որ սերտորեն հետեւում է Հայաստանի շուրջ ընթացող պրոցեսներին, փոխվստահության մթնոլորտ կա ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ։ Նա հիշեցրել է, որ Ֆրանսիան պաշտպանական առաքելություն է բացել Հայաստանում, եւ նշանակված ռազմական կցորդի վրա տեղեկատվական գրոհներից ինքը եզրակացնում է, որ այդ ամենն արդյունավետ է։
«Պետության ղեկավարը (նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը-խմբ.) հստակ սահմանել է, որ մեր օրակարգը պաշտպանական զինատեսակների վաճառքն է, քանի որ դրա շուրջ են Հայաստանի հետ մեր քննարկումները։ Ես ավելին չեմ ասի, թե ինչ զենքերի մասին է խոսքը՝ ճնշումներից խուսափելու համար, որպեսզի այս ամենը հնարավոր լինի իրագործել, բայց որոշ զինատեսակներ կարող են լինել խիստ պաշտպանական և առաջին հերթին ծառայել կյանքերի պաշտպանությանը և Հայաստանի անվտանգության ապահովմանը»,- շարունակել է Լըկորնյուն:
Նա սենատորներին տեղեկացրել է, որ հաջորդ շաբաթ (քննարկումը տեղի է ունեցել հոկտեմբերի 11-ին) կապի մեջ է լինելու Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարի հետ՝ օպերացիոն և կոնկրետ միջոցառումները վերջնական տեսքի բերելու համար։
«Դուք տեսնում եք, որ Ֆրանսիան հավատարիմ է Հայաստանին, ես անձամբ շատ ներգրավված եմ եւ ազդված այն ամենից, ինչ տեղի է ունենում եւ կարծում եմ, որ սա նաեւ Ֆրանսիայի շահն է»,- եզրափակել է Ֆրանսիայի զինված ուժերի նախարարը։
