Արցախյան տասնամյակների չդադարող հակամարտության, պատերազմների և հետպատերազմյան իրողությունների հետևանքով մեծապես տուժել են պատմամշակութային արժեք ներկայացնող հոգևոր-մշակութային կոթողները, ճարտարապետական հուշարձանները, աղոթատեղիները։ 

Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցած տարածքներում հայկական պատմամշակութային ժառանգությանը վերաբերող հրատապ հարցերով MediaHub-ը զրուցել է «Արցախի պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության պետական ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Արմինե Հայրապետյանի հետ։

Նա նշեց, որ պատմամշակութային ժառանգության շարունակական թիրախավորման քաղաքականությունն այն էական բաղադրիչներից է, առանց որի հնարավոր չէ լիարժեք բնորոշել Արցախը։ 

Արցախի գրավյալ տարածքների հայկական մշակութային ու կրոնական ժառանգությունն Ադրբեջանի պետական քաղաքականության թիրախում է։ Արմինե Հայրապետյանն ահազանգում է․ 

«Արցախում թողել ենք պատմամշակութային մեծ ժառանգություն, պատմական անժխտելի արժեք ներկայացնող հարստոթյուն, որը մեր պատմական հիշողության կրիչն է, Արցախում մեր եղելության ու լինելության հավաստիքը։ Հին պատմական պապենական գերեզմանոցներ, որոնք ժամանակագրության առումով հստակ արձանագրություններ են, հոգևոր ու աշխարհիկ նշանավոր կենտրոններ, այդ թվում՝ Դադիվանքի, Գանձասարի, Ամարասի, Ծմակահողի Սուրբ Հակոբավանքի վանական համալիրներ, Ղազանչեցոց տաճար, Տիգրանակերտ ամրոց, ու էլի շատ ու շատ բերդեր ու ամրոցներ։ Այսպես 6000-ից ավելի հաշվառված հուշարձան՝ էթնոցիդի վտանգի տակ է»,- թվարկում է նա։

44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո թշնամու վերահսկողության տակ անցած շրջաններում հոգևոր-մշակութային արժեքներն Ադրբեջանն աշխարհին ներկայացրեց իբրև աղվանական ծագման։ Ոչնչացվեցին խաչքարային հուշարձաններ, վանդալիզմի ենթարկվեցին և կամ հիմնահատակ քանդվեցին եկեղեցիներ ու մատուռներ։ 

«Արցախի պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության պետական ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենը մեջբերում է ամենացցուն օրինակը․

«Հիմնահատակ ավերվել է Մեխակավանի Սուրբ Զորավոր եկեղեցին։ Իսկ Շուշիի Ղազանչեցոց և Սուրբ Հովհաննես եկեղեցիներում վերանորոգման շղարշի տակ, վերացրել են ներքին ու արտաքին խաչաքանդակներն ու արձանագրությունները»։ 

Արմինե Հայրապետյանը դժվարանում է պատասխանել թե ինչպե՞ս ու ի՞նչ միջոցներով պետք է փրկել Արցախը մշակութային ցեղասպանությունից.

«Գործ ունենք մի երկրի հետ, որը քաղաքակրթության թշնամի է։ Համախմբված ու համակարգված աշխատանք պիտի տանենք, ճիշտ այնպես, ինչպես Ադրբեջանը»։

Ակնհայտ է, որ պատերազմի արդյունքներն օգտագործելով և տիրանալով ամբողջ Արցախին, Բաքուն ձգտում է վերջնականապես ավարտին հասցնել դեռևս խորհրդային ժամանակներից սկիզբ առած հայկական պատմական ներկայության յուրացման և ոչնչացման քաղաքականությունը։
