Արցախում սեպտեմբերյան ռազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ Ադրբեջանը նպատակ ուներ քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերն իրարից կտրել, և ռազմական գործողությունների հենց սկզբին այնպիսի ուղղություններ են ընտրել, որպեսզի մեկուսացնեն բնակիչներին։
Այս մասին Արցախում ադրբեջանցիների վերջին կատարած վայրագությունները թեմայով հրավիրված ասուլիսին ասաց «Թաթոյան» հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Արման Թաթոյանը։
Նրա ներկայացմամբ՝ ադրբեջանցիները ռազմավարական քայլերից է եղել նաև Արցախի զինվորականների և քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերի միջև կապը դադարեցնելը, ինչն էլ արել են։
Թաթոյանը նշեց, որ Բաքուն մտածված է հարձակվել Արցախի վրա ցերեկը, երբ ընտանիքները բաժանված էին՝ երեխաները դպրոցում, որ քաոս ստեղծի։
«Մարդիկ անակնկալի են եկել։ Մենք նաև արձանագրել ենք փաստեր, որ Սարսանգի ջրամբարի հարևանությամբ գտնվող բնակավայրերի մարդիկ առանց շորի և կոշիկի են դուրս եկել, որովհետև ժամանակ չեն ունեցել։
Ադրբեջանցիներն ասում են, որ մարդիկ ինքնակամ են դուրս եկել, ո՞նց են իրենց կամքով դուրս եկել, երբ ունենք ապացույցներ, երբ մարդն ուշացրել է դուրս գալը, գերեվարվել է, սպանվել կամ վիրավորվել։
Օրինակ, Գետավանում մենք ունենք սպանության, գերեվարման և վիրավորման դեպքեր։ Սառնաղբյուրում ունեցել ենք 5 քաղաքացիական անձի սպանության դեպք»,- արձանագրեց նախկին ՄԻՊ-ը։
Թաթոյանը հայտնեց, որ փաստեր ունեն, համաձայն որի՝ Արցախից Հայաստան բռնի տեղահանվելիս եղել են դեպքեր, երբ մարդկանց ձեռքից վերցրել են իրենց խաչերը, կոտրել են։
«Ունենք դեպքեր, երբ մարդկանցից վերցրել են այն մեքենաները, որոնք զինվորականի նմանվող մուգ կանաչ են եղել», - մատնանշեց պաշտպանը։
Բացի այս, Թաթոյանը նշեց, որ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է իր ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանությունը և տպավորություն է, որ Ալիևը մի հարցի լուծումն ավարտել է և պատրաստվում է հիմա Հայաստանով զբաղվել։
