Բակուր Մելքոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեսանյութ է հրապարակել և կից գրել.
4 տարի առաջ էր, ընկերոջս հետ որոշեցինք Եվրոպական ստանդարտներով, ՍՊԱ կենտրոնով, ընտանեկան հյուրանոց բացել, կիրառելով առավել շատ Դուբայում ընդունված ըփարթ հյուրանոցի գաղափարը, երբ սենյակները վաճառում ես և գնորդները դառնում են գործընկեր։ Մինչ գծեցինք, թղթին հանձնեցինք իդեան, Դիլիջանում ձեռք բերեցինք անհրաժեշտ տարածքը (էստեղ շեշտեմ, որ տարածքը գնեցինք մասնավոր անձանցից, կիսակառույց լքված տներ ու հողեր) սկսվեց կովիդը։ Շատերը խորհուրդ տվեցին` մի սկսեք, բայց մենք սկսեցինք... Սկսեցինք ու ընթացքում լիքը դժվարություններ, ծանր պատերազմական օրեր, քաղաքական անկայունություններ, դրամի կուրսի տատանումներ...
Ես սիրում եմ չհանձնվող, չտրտնջող, չհուսահատվող մարդկանց, որովհետև իրենց կողքին ես էլ եմ ինձ այդպիսին զգում։ Շնորհակալություն իմ ընկերներին և գործընկերներին, ովքեր հավատացին, միացան և մեր հետ պայքարեցին այս պրոյեկտը իրականացնելու համար և հիմա պետք չէ Եվրոպաներ, Եգիպտոսներ, Թուրքիաներ գնալ բարձրակարգ ընտանեկան հանգիստ անցկացնելու համար։
