Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված մեր քույրերի եւ եղբայրների համար սկսում ենք առաջնահերթ ծախսերը հոգալու ֆինանսական աջակցության նոր ծրագիր: Այս մասին facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Նա նաեւ նշել է. «Նոյեմբեր եւ դեկտեմբեր ամիսների ընթացքում բացի բնակության եւ կոմունալ ծախսերի համար նախատեսված գումարներից, պետական բյուջեից յուրաքանչյուրին կհատկացվի 50 հազարական դրամ: Բացառություն կլինեն այն անձիք եւ նրանց ընտանիքի անդամները, ովքեր ունեն բանկային հաշիվների որոշակի շեմը գերազանցող մնացորդներ, բնակվում են պետության հատկացրած կացարաններում կամ գտնվում են պետության խնամքի ներքո:
