ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության աջակցությամբ անցկացվող Երևանյան 15-րդ միջազգային երաժշտական փառատոնի շրջանակում աշխարհահռչակ օպերային երգիչ, տենոր Ռամոն Վարգասն առաջին անգամ մենահամերգով հանդես կգա Հայաստանի ազգային ֆիլհարմոնիկ նվագախմբի հետ: Համերգը կղեկավարի Էդուարդ Թոփչյանը:

Համերգը կկայանա հոկտեմբերի 25-ին՝ ժամը 19:00-ին-ին, «Արամ Խաչատրյան» համերգասրահում: Կհնչեն տենորի համար գրված լավագույն և սիրված արիաները և նախերգանքներ համաշխարհային օպերային երկացանկից:

Ռամոն Վարգասն աշխարհի առաջատար օպերային երգիչներից է: 1992 թվականին Մետրոպոլիտեն օպերայում Լուչանո Պավարոտիին «Լյուչիա դի Լամերմուր» օպերայում փոխարինելուց հետո նա դարձել է աշխարհի գլխավոր թատրոնների ցանկալի հյուրը: Դրան հաջորդել է նրան դեբյուտը Լա Սկալայում. այժմ Վարգասը մշտապես ելույթներ է ունենում Բուենոս Այրեսի Կոլոն թատրոնում, Լոնդոնի Թագավորական թատրոնում, Լա Սկալայում, Մետրոպոլիտենում, Մադրիդի Թագավորական թատրոնում, Փարիզի Օպերա Բաստիլում, Սան Ֆրանցիսկո օպերայում, Վիեննայի պետական օպերային թատրոնում, Արենա դի Վերոնայում և այլուր:

Վարգասն արժանացել է բազմաթիվ մրցանակների. նա «Լաուրի Վոլպիի» մրցանակ (Lauri Volpi Award) է նվաճել՝ որպես Իտալիայի 1993 թվականի համերգաշրջանի լավագույն երգիչ, 1995 թ.-ին Իտալիայի քննադատները միաձայն նրան շնորհել են արվեստի բնագավառում «Ջինո Տանիի» մրցանակը (Gino Tani Award), իսկ 2000 թ.-ին «British Opera Now»-ն Վարգասին հայտարարել է՝ որպես «Տարվա արտիստ»: 2021 թ.-ին ավստրիական Festspiele ամսագիրը նրան դասել է աշխարհի լավագույն տենորների շարքին, 2001 թ.-ին գերմանական Phono Academy-ի կողմից նա ստացել է «ECHO Klassik»-ի մրցանակ՝ որպես «Տարվա երգիչ»: 2005 թ.-ին Վարգասը Պուչչինիի մցանակի է արժանացել «Puccini Foundatzione»-ի կողմից, 2018 թ.-ին ստացել է «Opera News Award» մրցանակը, իսկ 2020 թվականին Մեքսիկայում արժանացել «Ortiz Tirado Award»- ին:
