2002-2014 թվականներին «Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրական կայան» ՓԲԸ-ի գլխավոր տնօրենի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Գ.Մ.-ն վատնման եղականով հափշտակել է առանձապես խոշոր չափերի՝ 1 մլն 27 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար (383 մլն 883 հազար դրամ):
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 22-ին դատախազի նախաձեռնությամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում էր հարուցվել Գ.Մ.-ի նկատմամբ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 256-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով (վստահված գույքը հափշտակելը, որը կատարվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով): Նույն օրը որոշումն ուղարկվել էր Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական գլխավոր վարչություն՝ մեղադրանք ներկայացնելու համար:
2023 թվականի հունվարի 31-ին Գ.Մ.-ին ներկայացվել էր մեղադրանք:
Նախաքննությամբ հիմնավորվել էր, որ «Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրական կայան» ՓԲԸ-ի գլխավոր տնօրենի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Գ.Մ.-ն հանցանքը կատարել էր կազմակերպված խմբի կազմում՝ «Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրական կայան» ՓԲ ընկերության կոմերցիոն տնօրենի, նույն ընկերության ֆինանսների և էկոնոմիկայի գծով գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալի, ընկերության գլխավոր ճարտարագետի՝ վերանորոգման գծով տեղակալի և իրավապայմանագրային բաժնի պետի հետ (կոմերցիոն տնօրենի և գլխավոր ճարտարագետի՝ վերանորոգման գծով տեղակալի նկատմամբ հարուցվել են հանրային քրեական հետապնդումներ):
Նախաքննության ընթացքում պետությանը պատճառված վնասից վերականգնվել է 128 մլն դրամը:
Դատախազը 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 20-ին հաստատել է «Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրական կայան» ՓԲ ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենի, կոմերցիոն տնօրենի և ընկերության գլխավոր ճարտարագետի՝ վերանորոգման գծով տեղակալի վերաբերյալ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը և վարույթի նյութերի հետ հանձնել Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան:
Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
