Բացակայածների կամ չքվեարկածների «քթներից է բերում»․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ազգային ժողովը, իսկ ավելի ստույգ՝ ՔՊ-ն հոկտեմբերի 3-ին ընդունեց Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի Հռոմի կանոնադրությունը վավերացնելու և Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի իրավազորությունը հետադարձորեն ճանաչելու մասին հայտարարությունը: Կողմ էր քվեարկել 60 պատգամավոր, դեմ՝ 23-ը, ձեռնպահ չկար: Ընդդիմադիր երկու խմբակցությունների պատգամավորները կա՛մ դեմ էին քվեարկել, կա՛մ պարզապես չէին քվեարկել, այսինքն՝ Հռոմի ստատուտը վավերացվել է ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավորների քվեներով: Սակայն այստեղ էլ ամեն ինչ հարթ չէր:
Բանն այն է, որ քվեարկությունից բացակայում էին Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանը, Գուրգեն Արսենյանը, Կարեն Համբարձումյանը, Մաթևոս Ասատրյանը, Վահե Ղալումյանը, Քրիստինե Պողոսյանը, Կնյազ Հասանովը, իսկ Սերգեյ Բագրատյանը, Նարեկ Գրիգորյանը, Շիրակ Թորոսյանը չէին քվեարկել: Չնայած որոշ պատգամավորներ փորձեցին պատճառաբանություններ ներկայացնել իրենց բացակայության կամ չքվեարկելու համար, սակայն, «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բավականին զայրացել է, որ Հռոմի ստատուտը ոչ թե «տպավորիչ քվեներով», այլ մի կերպ վավերացվեց (հիշեցնենք, որ ՔՊ-ն 71 մանդատ ունի):
Ըստ այդմ, Փաշինյանը վերոնշյալ պատգամավորների «քթից է բերում» և, ինչպես կառավարության մեր աղբյուրը նշեց, բացակայած կամ չքվեարկած պատգամավորներին «հատ-հատ ցեխն է մտցրել»:
