2023թ. հոկտեմբերի 22-ին՝ ժամը 18:00-ին, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնում 24-ամյա կինը հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 06:30-08:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, ամուսինը ձեռքերով, ոտքերով, մկրատով հարվածներ է հասցրել իր մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին, հատուկ լուծույթով ցանկացել է հրկիզել իրեն՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 196-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ: Երիտասարդ կինը ճանաչվել է տուժող և հարցաքննվել դեպքի հանգամանքների շուրջ:

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալներով՝ 2023թ. հոկտեմբերի 22-ին՝ գիշերը, երիտասարդ ընտանիքի բնակության վայր հանդիսացող Դավիթ Բեկ փողոցի ջրամբարին կից հողատարածքում գտնվող վագոն տնակում, անձնական հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է առաջացել ամուսինների միջև։

Դրա ընթացքում  ամուսինը՝ Երևան քաղաքի 31-ամյա բնակիչը, ձեռքերով, ոտքերով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել կնոջ մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ հնչեցնելով սպանության սպառնալիքներ, մկրատով հարվածներ հասցնելով կնոջ դեմքի, կրծքավանդակի, ձեռքերի և ոտքերի հատվածներին։ Այնուհետև լուծիչ նյութ է լցրել կնոջ վրա և կրակայրիչով այրել:

Սակայն կինը վերմակով ծածկվելու արդյունքում կրակը մարել է, որից անմիջապես հետո դուրս է եկել վագոն տնակից և դիմել փախուստի: 

Նախաքննության ընթացքում տուժողի մասնակցությամբ կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում վագոն տնակի մոտ հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել է այրված հետքերով վերմակ և լուծիչ նյութի տարա; Վագոն տնակի պատուհանի և առաստաղի հատվածները եղել են մրոտված։

Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատանյութագիտական փորձաքննություններ: Ոստիկանությանը տրվել է օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու հանձնարարություն։

Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել հսկող դատախազին՝ կնոջ ամուսնու նկատմամբ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ և 9-րդ կետերով հանրային քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու վերաբերյալ, որը բավարարվել է։

Կայացվել է դատարան ներկայացնելու նպատակով վերջինիս ձերբակալելու որոշում։

Իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում ամուսինը հայտնաբերվել, ձերբակալվել, ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։ Քննիչի կողմից նրան ներկայացվել է մեղադրանք՝ վերոնշյալ հանցավոր արարքները կատարելու համար և միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, որը բավարարվել է:

Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
