Նիկոլը երեկ փորձել է գլուխ գովելու տեղ գտնել հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում, բայց ելույթից երևում էր, որ ինքն էլ է հասկանում, որ կոռուպցիայի թեմայով խոսելու տեղ առանձնապես չունի: Ինքն էլ է գիտակցում, որ հինգ ու կես տարում, այս ոլորտում ևս, բացի ձևականություններից ու մի շարք աչքակապություններից՝ շոշափելի արդյունք չկա:

Բայց սա դեռ թողնենք մի կողմ:

Ինչի՞ համար են կառավարությունները պայքարում կոռուպցիայի և հովանավորչության դեմ: Եթե հակիրճ և հիմնական գծերով ասենք`

1. որպեսզի հանրային բարիքները բաշխվեն արդար,

2. որպեսզի պետական եկամուտներով ծրագրված անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ ներգրավվի,

3. որպեսզի հանրային անվտանգությունը, տարածքնային զարգացումը և քաղաքացիների կենսապայմանների բարելավումը լինի նկատելի և բավարարված,

4. որպեսզի հանրային միջոցներն ու ռեսուրսները բախշվեն և ծախսվեն արդյունավետ, նպատակային ու առանց կորուստների:

Այս շարքը կարելի է շարունակել:

Ի՞նչ է արել Նիկոլը և իր տխրահռչակ կառավարությունը մեր հասարակության ու պետության հետ: Այո ճիշտ եք` մեծ հաշվով կործանել է:

Իշխանափոխությունից հետո մեկ առ մեկ, փաստարկված կերպով պարզ կդառնա, թե ինչպիսի միջոցներ են փոշիացրել գործող կառավարիչները և ովքեր են նրանց կոռուպցիոն առաջատարները:

Կոռուպցիան հո պոզով-պոչով չի՞ լինում:

Եթե միայն տարածքային կորուստներից չգոյացած եկամուտները, պետության սոցիալական բեռի ավելացումը, պետական պարտքի կրկնապատկումը, ահռելի ծավալի սպառազինության մսխումը վերածենք փողի` պարզ կլինի թե ինչ ծավալի ահռելի վնաս է հասցվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը:
