Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան խաղաղության պայմանագիրը չի կնքվելու «3+3»-ի հարթակում. Ալիևի ներկայացուցիչ

«3+3» ձևաչափը (Հայաստան, Ադրբեջան, Վրաստան,Ռուսաստան, Իրան, Թուրքիա) երբեք չի եղել հակամարտությունների կարգավորման հարթակ։ Այս մասին BBC ռադիոյի ուղիղ եթերում հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հատուկ հանձնարարությունների գծով ներկայացուցիչ Էլչին Ամիրբեկովը։
«Ըստ էության, այս հարթակը երբեք նախատեսված չի եղել որպես որևէ կոնֆլիկտային իրավիճակների լուծման հարթակ, ի սկզբանե նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի գաղափարը եղել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հակամարտության ավարտից հետո տարածաշրջանային համագործակցություն հաստատելը... Եվ ես կարծում եմ, որ այսօր Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը նույնպես կիսում են այն տեսակետը, որ եկել է ժամանակը օգտվելու այս հնարավորությունից և ավարտին հասցնելու խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախագծի շուրջ բանակցությունները, բայց դա այն չէ, ինչ արվելու է «3+3» տարածաշրջանային խորհրդատվական հարթակում, դա արվելու է Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև ուղիղ երկկողմ բանակցությունների միջոցով»,- ասել է նա։
Ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյան նաև ասել է, որ Հարավային Կովկասի խնդիրներն առաջին հերթին պետք է լուծեն իրենք՝ տարածաշրջանի երկրները։
Ըստ նրա՝ «3+3» ձևաչափի մասնակիցները հոկտեմբերի 23-ին Թեհրանում իրենց երկրորդ հանդիպման ժամանակ եկել են համաձայնության առ այն, որ տարածաշրջանի երկրները պետք է առաջատար դեր խաղան տարածաշրջանային խնդիրների լուծման գործում և, այս առումով, մտադիր են ամրապնդել սեփականության ներգրավվածությունն այս ռազմավարական կարևոր տարածաշրջանի ապագայի ձևավորման գործում:
Այս առումով բնական է, որ երկրները դեմ են արտատարածաշրջանային խաղացողների վնասակար միջամտությանը տարածաշրջանի գործերին, հավելել է Ամիրբեկովը։
Նա որպես արտաքին միջամտության օրինակ նշել է Ֆրանսիան, որն իբրև թե «չարաշահում է իր առաջատար դերը միջազգային այնպիսի կառույցներում, ինչպիսիք են ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդը, Եվրամիությունը, Եվրախորհրդարանը և անգամ Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությունը»։
Ըստ նրա՝ «մշտապես կողմնակալ, միակողմանի և բացահայտ հակաադրբեջանական նախաձեռնություններ» առաջ տանելով՝ Փարիզը, «դառնում է իր ներքաղաքական օրակարգի պատանդը և դրանով իսկ խարխլում է ոչ միայն սեփական հեղինակությունը, այլև Եվրամիության՝ որպես հայ-ադրբեջանական կարգավորման մեջ հնարավոր միջնորդի համբավը» (չակերտները՝Tert.am)։
