«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
pravda.ru-ն «Հայաստան - Ադրբեջան. Քաղաքական խամաճիկությունը լավ բանի չի տանում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Իրանում «3+3» ձևաչափով բանակցությունները տանտերերի, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Հայաստանի, Թուրքիայի, Վրաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ավարտվել են անարդյունք։ Բաքուն, հասկանալով, որ քանի դեռ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իշխանության է, և Երևանից կարող է անընդհատ զիջումներ ստանալ, միջանցք է պահանջում դեպի Նախիջևան՝ մոռանալով, որ դա միայն Ղարաբաղի հարցով գործարքի մի մասն էր։ Բայց նա պաշտոնական Երևանի հանձնվելուց հետո չպետք է դա պահանջեր։ Այդ մասին նշել է սյունակագիր Յուրի Պոդոլյական։
«Այնուամենայնիվ, քանի դեռ Փաշինյանը իշխանության ղեկին է, հնարավորություն կա դա առաջ տանել: Իսկ, ընդհանուր առմամբ, ամեն ինչ դեռ ընթանում է այնպես, ինչպես և սպասվում էր. Արցախի հանձնումը չի հանգեցրել Երևանի խնդիրների լուծմանը, այլ միայն ավելացրել է դրանք: Եվ դա միշտ էլ այդպես է լինում: Միշտ էլ կան «խամաճիկներ» (իսկ Փաշինյանը տիպիկ քաղաքական «խամաճիկ» է), որոնք, սկսելով զիջել իրենց ժողովուրդների շահերը հանուն ԵՄ-ի ու ԱՄՆ-ի շահերի, այլևս չեն կարողանում կանգ առնել»,- ասել է վերլուծաբանը։
Ով էլ լիներ Ադրբեջանի տեղը, գրեթե նույն կերպ կվարվեր, քանի որ կա հիանալի հնարավորություն հակառակ կողմից ստանալ այն ամենը, ինչ կարող ես, քանի դեռ հակառակորդ երկրում դավաճանն է իշխանության գլխին, եզրափակել է Պոդոլյական։
