ՌԴ ռազմաբազաները Հայաստանից հանելու հարց չի քննարկվում. Փաշինյան

Գոնե այս պահին իմ նկարագրած դեպքերի շրջանակներում մենք առավելություններ, ցավոք, չենք տեսել։ Այս մասին Wall Street Journal-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին՝ Ռուսաստանի ռազմական ներկայությունը Հայաստանում առավելությո՞ւն, թե՞ խոչընդոտող հանգամանք է։
«2021 թվականի մայիսին, 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերին Ադրբեջանն ագրեսիվ գործողություններ է իրականացրել Հայաստանի նկատմամբ և տարածքներ է օկուպացրել: Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի մեջ և Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության կանոնադրության մեջ հստակ նշված են այն գործողությունները, թե ինչ պետք է տեղի ունենա, երբ անդամ երկրի նկատմամբ ագրեսիա է տեղի ունենում: Նկարագրվածը տեղի չի ունեցել և, բնականաբար, դա հիասթափեցնող է և՛ Հայաստանի կառավարության, և՛ հայ հանրության համար: Նաև Ռուսաստանի հետ մենք անվտանգության ոլորտում երկկողմ պայմանագիր ունենք, և այդ պայմանագրում նկարագրված գործողությունները նույնպես տեղի չեն ունեցել, ինչը նույնպես շատ լուրջ հարցեր է առաջացրել և՛ Կառավարության, և՛ հանրության շրջանում»,- ասել է նա՝ պատասխանելով Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների մասին հարցին։
Անդրադառնալով այլ գործընկերների հետ հարաբերություններին՝ Փաշինյանն ասել է․ «ավելի ճիշտ և անկեղծ կլինեմ, որ ասեմ, որ այս իրադրությունները, ըստ էության, մեզ բերել են մի որոշման, որ մենք պետք է անվտանգային ոլորտում մեր հարաբերությունները դիվերսիֆիկացնենք։ Եվ մենք հիմա փորձում ենք դա անել»։
Սակայն ռազմաբազաները Հայասստանից հանելու հարց, ըստ Փաշինյանի, չեն քննարկում։ «Մենք նման հարց չենք քննարկում: Մենք հիմա ավելի շատ քննարկում ենք այլ հարցեր, փորձում ենք հասկանալ, թե ի՞նչն է նման իրադրության պատճառը, և, իհարկե, նաև կարծում եմ՝ սա Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության միջև աշխատանքային քննարկումների օրակարգ կլինի»։
