Բաքվում հայերի դատավարություններն ապօրինի են և բեմականացված։

Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այդ մասին այսօր ասաց Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանը։

«Միայն Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի չէ, այլ նաև մեր մյուս գերեվարվածների` հատկապես նկատի ունեմ 2021 թ. իրականացված դատավարությունների մասով, ասել ենք, որ դրանք ապօրինի դատավարություններ են և բեմականացված»,-ընդգծեց նա։

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Լաչինի միջանցքում ադրբեջանցի զինվորականների կողմից առևանգված Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանը հայտարարել է, որ չի ընդունում Բաքվում իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքները:

Այդ առնչությամբ, ըստ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանի` հայկական կողմն ունի «համար 2 միջպետական գանգատը», որը վերաբերում է հենց դատավարության ընթացքում մեր հայրենակիցների նկատմամբ հիմնական արդարադատությանը վերաբերող իրավունքների կոպտագույն խախտումներին կամ, այսպես կոչված, արդարադատության մերժման կոնցեպտին։

«Ցավոք, ՄԻԵԴ մեխանիզմները մեզ շատ ավելին չեն տալիս, որ ավելի ներգրավվենք` չնայած արել ենք փորձ` ներկայացնելու ազատ արձակման խնդրանք, սակայն այս ուղղությամբ պետք է հնարավորինս շարունակենք աշխատանքները, նաև մտածենք այլ հնարավոր միջոցների մասին կամ այլ հնարավոր քայլերի մասին` մեր հայրենակիցների իրավունքներն ավելի արդյունավետ պաշտպանություն ապահովելու համար»,– ընդգծեց Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանը։

Նա տեղեկացրեց նաև, որ այս պահին Բաքվի բանտերում շարունակում են կալանավորված մնալ ԼՂ ղեկավարությունից ութ անդամ և բազմաթիվ զինծառայողներ, որոնց թիվը Կիրակոսյանը դժվարացավ ասել։
