Դաժան սպանություն Ստեփանակերտում. հայաստանցի 59-ամյա տղամարդը ծեծի է ենթարկել զոհին

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով, ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողները՝ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Վարդան Վարդանյանի, ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության պետի առաջին տեղակալ Արմեն Պետրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ, օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացել, որ 2023 թվականի հունվարին Հայաստանի մարզերից մեկից 59-ամյա տղամարդը գտնվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտում և հյուրընկալվել է Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի բնակիչ իր ծանոթ տղամարդու տանը:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններով պարզվել է, որ նրանց միջև վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, որի ժամանակ հայաստանցի 59-ամյա տղամարդը ձեռքերով, ոտքերով ապա փայտե մահակով ծեծի է ենթարկել ստեփանակերտցի տղամարդուն՝ հարվածելով մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին, այդ թվում գլխին և դեմքին, այնուհետև վերցրել է բաժակը ու մտցրել ծեծված տղամարդու մակկոկորդային շրջանը՝ վերին շնչառական ուղիների մեջ, ինչի հետևանքով էլ տղամարդը մեխանիկական շնչահեղձությունից տեղում մահացել է:
Ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչությունում ձևակերպվել են փաստաթղթեր, և դրանք փոխանցվել են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտե, որտեղ էլ հնարավոր է՝ ՀՀ Քր. օր.-ի 155 հոդվածի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվի քրեական վարույթ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
