Երեկ տեղեկացանք, որ Պեմզաշենում շահադիտական դրդումներով, առանձնակի դաժանությամբ մոր եւ երկու անչափահաս երեխաների սպանության, 12 տարին չլրացած աղջիկ երեխայի նկատմամբ սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողությունների, ավազակություն կատարելու դեպքերի առթիվ քննվող քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է։

Քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային վարչությունում է կատարվել քննությունը, պարզվել է, որ Շիրակի մարզի Արթիկ համայնքի Պեմզաշեն բնակավայրի բնակիչ Ա. Բ.-ն, ով 2022թ. հոկտեմբերի 28-ին ՌԴ-ից ժամանել էր Պեմզաշեն, նույն բնակավայրի բնակչուհի Զ. Մ.-ին իր հետ արտամուսնական կապ ունենալու առաջարկություն է արել, սակայն վերջինս մերժել է: Ա. Բ.-ն, ով մտերիմ հարաբերությունների մեջ է գտնվել Զ. Մ.-ի ամուսնու հետ, տեղեկացել է, որ կինը նպատակադրվել է այդ մասին տեղեկացնել ամուսնուն: Քննչական կոմիտեի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է, որ «մտավախություն ունենալով, որ վերջինս կիմանա իր անպարկեշտ առաջարկի մասին, քաջ գիտակցելով տվյալ տեղեկատվության բարձրաձայնման արդյունքում իրենց համայնքում իր հեղինակազրկումը, այդ ամենը թույլ չտալու եւ կանխելու նպատակով, ընկերոջից, ով հանդիսանում է Զ. Մ.-ի ամուսնու հորեղբորորդին, ճշտումներ է կատարել Զ. Մ.-ի ամուսնու՝ ՀՀ վերադառնալու մոտավոր օրվա մասին եւ իր ազգական, նույն բնակավայրի բնակիչ Վ. Բ.-ի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում, նախապես տեղեկացված լինելով վերջինիս սոցիալական վատ վիճակի մասին եւ օգտվելով այդ հանգամանքից, տեղեկացրել է նրան Զ. Մ.-ի տանը ենթադրաբար գումար լինելու, ինչպես նաեւ՝ վերջինիս ամուսնու՝ ՀՀ վերադառնալու եւ դրանով պայմանավորված՝ կնոջը լռեցնելու՝ սպանելու մասին»:

Հանցագործները նախապես համաձայնության են եկել եւ դեպքի օրը՝ 2022 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ին, ժամը 00:00-ի սահմաններում ապօրինի մուտք են գործել զոհի տուն: Երբ միջանցքում Զ. Մ.-ն նկատել է նրանց, Ա. Բ.-ն բռունցքով հարվածել է կնոջ գլխին, եւ վերջինս, գիտակցությունը կորցնելով, ընկել է հատակին, որից հետո Վ. Բ.-ն եւ Ա. Բ.-ն, ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու՝ սպանելու դիտավորությամբ, փոխլրացնելով միմյանց գործողությունները, դանակով հարվածներ են հասցրել Զ. Մ.-ի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով բազմաթիվ մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Զ. Մ.-ի բղավոցներից միջանցք են դուրս եկել նրա անչափահաս երեխաները՝ 07.12.2010թ. ծնված դուստրը եւ 12.06.2014 թվականին ծնված որդին: Տեսնելով երեխաներին՝ Վ. Բ.-ն եւ Ա. Բ.-ն թելով նախ կապել են տղայի ոտքերը եւ ձեռքերը, ապա՝ աղջնակի ձեռքերը, ինչից հետո նաեւ կապել են Զ. Մ.-ի ձեռքերը եւ քարշ տալով՝ նրան տեղափոխել են ննջասենյակ։ Այնտեղ երեխաների ներկայությամբ, հաշվի առնելով Զ. Մ.-ի ողջ լինելու հանգամանքը, առանձնակի դաժանությամբ շարունակել են դանակով հարվածներ հասցնել վերջինիս։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ ստացած 11 մարմնական վնասվածքների արդյունքում կինը մահացել է: Վ. Բ.-ն եւ Ա. Բ.-ն, համոզված լինելով, որ անչափահաս տղա երեխան ճանաչել է իրենց, կատարվածը թաքցնելու նպատակով, առանձնակի դաժանությամբ սպանելու՝ ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, դեռեւս չմահացած Զ. Մ.-ի եւ նրա անչափահաս դստեր ներկայությամբ խմբով, միմյանց գործողությունները փոխլրացնելով, դանակով հարվածներ են հասցրել անօգնական՝ ոտքերը եւ ձեռքերը կապված վիճակում գտնվող տղա երեխայի մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին, այդ թվում՝ կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող օրգաններին՝ պատճառելով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի կտրած-ծակած մարմնական վնասվածքներ՝ այդկերպ առանձնակի դաժանությամբ սպանելով անչափահաս երեխային:
