Հայաստանում կարմրուկով վարակվելու ինտենսիվությունը նվազել է

Հայաստանը 2007 թվականից համարվում է կարմրուկից էլիմինացված երկիր։ Այսինքն՝ Հայաստանում կարմրուկի տեղական շրջանառություն չի գրանցվում։ Հրավիրված ասուլիսում ՀՀ ԱՆ Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի իմունականխարգելման և կառավարելի վարակիչ հիվանդությունների համաճարակաբանության բաժնի պետ Սվետլանա Գրիգորյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանում կարմրուկի պատվաստումների մակարդակն այնքան բարձր է, որ այդպիսի ցուցանիշ է գրանցվել։
«Իհարկե, ամեն տարի ունենում ենք բերովի դեպքեր և դրանք տեղային որոշակի բռնկման պատճառ են դառնում, ինչը տեղի ունեցավ այս տարի։ Ասեմ, որ կարմրուկով հիմնականում հիվանդանում են չպատվաստված կամ թերի պատվաստված անձինք։ 2023 թվականի մարտին Հայաստանում գրանցված բռնկումը նույնպես պայմանավորված է բերովի դեպքով։ Մարտ ամսից մինչև հիմա ունենք 471 հաստատված դեպք, որի գերակշիռ մասը չպատվաստված կամ թերի պատվաստված անձինքն են»,-ասաց Սվետլանա Գրիգորյանը։
Հիվանդացածների 70 տոկոսը երեխաներ են։ Մասնագետը նկատեց, որ առհասարակ կարմրուկի վիրուսն ունի վարակելիությունը բավական բարձր ցուցանիշ։ Եթե վարակված անձի հետ շփվում է 10 չպատվաստված, ապա 9-ը կարող է վարակվել։ Հանրապետությունում անվճար հասանելի են կարմրուկի դեմ պատվաստանյութերը։ Եթե անձը չի հիշում իր պատվաստումների մասին կամ ընդհանրապես չի ստացել, ապա կարող է դիմել պոլիկլինիկա ու պատվաստվել։
«Օրերս ունեցանք ցավալի դեպք, գրանցվեց կարմրուկից մահվան դեպք։ Երեխան չպատվաստված էր, սակայն ուներ ուղեկցող հիվանդություններ։ Եթե տվյալ երեխայի շրջապատում անձինք լինեին պատվաստված, քանի որ երեխան չէր կարող պատվաստվել, ապա չէին հիվանդանա ու վիրուսը չէր փոխանցվի երեխային։ Մեր հորդորն է՝ հետևողական լինել ու պատվաստվել»,-հավելեց մասնագետը։
Ներկայում կարմրուկով վարակվելու դեպքերի ինտենսիվությունը նվազել է, սակայն շաբաթական կտրվածքով դեռ շարունակում են նոր դեպքեր գրանցվել։
