«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

nsn.fm-ն «Զատուլին. Հայաստանը մինչև 2023 թվականի ավարտը չի հասցնի հաշտություն կնքել Ադրբեջանի հետ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հարավային Կովկասում ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլաարը հայտնել է, որ Հայաստանի կառավարության ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Ադրբեջանի առաջնորդ Իլհամ Ալիևը հոկտեմբերի վերջին Բրյուսելում չեն հանդիպի։ Ըստ նրա, ԵՄ-ն փորձում է նոր հանդիպում կազմակերպել և հավատում է երկու պետությունների միջև խաղաղությանը՝ նպատակ ունենալով ղարաբաղցի հայերին վերադարձնել իրենց տները։ Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ հարցերով կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը NSN-ի հետ զրույցում կասկած է հայտնել, որ խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրումը տեղի կունենա մինչև տարեվերջ։

«Հնարավոր է, որ Բաքուն և Երևանը խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրեն այս տարի, բայց իմ շփումները ցույց են տալիս, որ դրա կնքումը կարող է մինչև տարեվերջ տեղի չունենալ։ Ամեն ինչ կախված կլինի նրանից, թե որքանով են ներկա իրավիճակից գոհ հաղթողները՝ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան։ Մամուլում արդեն տեղեկություններ են հայտնվել այն պայմանների մասին, որոնք թուրքական կողմը դնում է Հայաստանի առջև հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու համար։ Նախ՝ դա Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի բացումն է Հայաստանի տարածքով (դա սևեռուն գաղափար է Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի համար): Երկրորդը Արցախի մասին որևէ հիշատակման մերժումն է։ Երրորդը օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայ ժողովրդի ցեղասպանության ճանաչման քաղաքականության մերժումն է։ Չեմ կարող ասել, թե արդյո՞ք այդ պայմանները պարտադիր են Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրման համար, չնայած գիտենք, որ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի քաղաքականությունը շատ սերտորեն համաձայնեցված և փոխկապակցված է»,- ասել է պատգամավորը։

NSN-ի զրուցակիցը նաև նշել է, որ Երևանը կցանկանար չկատարել այդ պահանջները, սակայն պարզ չէ, թե արդյո՞ք դրա համար կբավարարի այն աջակցությունը, որը Փաշինյանը ակնկալում է ստանալ ԵՄ-ից։ «Ամեն դեպքում, Ռուսաստանը միանշանակ չի օգնում Թուրքիային՝ ապահովելու, որ Հայաստանը հրաժարվի Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումից կամ աշխարհագրական որևէ անվանման հիշատակումից։ Սակայն այսօր Երևանն իրեն փակուղի է մտցրել։ Շատ առումներով այն ամենը, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ, բացատրվում է հենց նրանով, որ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը բռնեցին ռուս-հայկական հարաբերությունների դավաճանության ճանապարհը։ Ադրբեջանում ընկալեցին դա և իրականացրեցին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի գրավման օպերացիան»,- եզրափակել է նա։
