«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Վանաձորի ավագանին երկու տարի է՝ չի կարողանում համայնքի ղեկավար ընտրել։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախաձեռնած անհասկանալի դատական պրոցեսների շնորհիվ ավագանու նիստերի վրա արգելանք է դրվել, և իշխանության կողմից նշանակվել է համայնքի ղեկավարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար։ Եվ ահա, վերջերս դատարանը վերջնական մերժել է ԼՀԿ-ի հայցը, բայց արգելանքը դեռ չի հանել։ Իշխանությունն իր հերթին չի շտապում համայնքի ղեկավար ընտրել, քանի որ չունի բավարար ձայներ։
Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, նախատեսվում է այլ պատճառաբանություններով շարունակել քաղաքի կառավարումն առանց ընտրության։ Այս համատեքստում հետաքրքիր է լինելու ավագանու անդամ ունեցող այլ ուժերի դիրքորոշումը։ Օրինակ՝ «Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցությունը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ անհրաժեշտ է ավագանու նոր ընտրություններ:
