Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն մարդասիրական օգնություն է տրամադրում նրանց, ովքեր մնացել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում՝ տարածաշրջանի՝ Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցնելուց հետո։ Այդ մասին, ինչպես հայտնում է armeniasputnik.am-ը, ՌԻԱ «Նովոստի»-ին հայտնել է ԿԽՄԿ-ի օպերատիվ բաժնի տնօրեն Մարտին Շուպը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ մնացածներից ոմանք բժշկական օգնության կարիք ունեն, ոմանք՝ սննդի ու ջրի։ Շուպը նշել է, որ ԿԽՄԿ-ն տրամադրում է դեղորայք, օգնում է կապ հաստատել մտերիմների հետ, ստանալ բժշկական տրանսպորտ և այլն։
«Այսօր փոքրաթիվ մարդիկ մնում են իրենց տներում կամ այն պատճառով, որ նրանք նախընտրում են մնալ այնտեղ, կամ այն պատճառով, որ չեն կարող ինքնուրույն հեռանալ, գուցե այն պատճառով, որ տարեց կամ հաշմանդամ են և օգնության կարիք ունեն», - ասել է Շուպը:
Հարցին, թե արդյոք ԿԽՄԿ-ն համագործակցում է Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հետ, նա հայտարարել է, որ կազմակերպությունը համագործակցում է բոլոր պատկան մարմինների հետ՝ օգնելու կարիքավորներին այնտեղ, որտեղ աշխատում է։
