Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» պարբերաբար խախտում է իր իսկ հռչակած սկզբունքները։ Փաշինյանը ժամանակին շատ էր սիրում գլուխ գովել, որ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրում» ներկուսակցական լուրջ ժողովրդավարություն կա և բոլոր հարցերը որոշում են ընտրությունների, կուսակիցների ձայնը լսելու միջոցով։ Թերևս հնարավոր կլիներ հավատալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այս հավաստիացումներին, եթե չլիներ կուսակցության վարչության վերջին ընտրությունները, որոնք անցան խայտառակ կեղծիքներով և մամուլում լուրջ սկանդալների առիթ դարձան, ընդհուպ վարչության կազմում ընդգրկված երկու անձինք ստիպված եղան հրաժարվել իրենց տեղերից՝ հօգուտ այլ կուսակցականների։

Երեկ էլ տեղի է ունեցել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության նիստ, որը վարել է հենց Փաշինյանը և վարչությունը որոշել է կուսակցության երիտասարդական կառույցի խորհրդի նախագահ ու քարտուղար նշանակել։ Երիտասարդներն ակտիվ կուսակցականներ են և մասնակցել են Երևանի ավագանու նախընտրական քարոզարշավին, իսկ նրանցից մեկը, կուսակցության երիտասարդական կառույցի խորհրդի նախագահ նշանակված Գոհար Սաֆարյանը, նույնիսկ ընդգրկված է եղել ավագանու ընտրական ցուցակում։ Զավեշտալին, իհարկե այն չէ, որ առավելապես երիտասարդ և անփորձ կադրերով համալրված «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» երիտասարդական կառույց ու դրա խորհուրդն է ստեղծում, այլ այն, որ այդ կառույցի նախագահին ու քարտուղարին ընտրում են կուսակցության ոչ թե երիտասարդ անդամները, այլ նշանակում է հենց վարչությունը։ Առնվազն անլուրջ է, առավել ևս, որ կուսակցություններում երիտասարդական կառույցները սովորաբար ծառայում են որպես կուսակցության կադրերի դարբնոց և այնտեղ չափազանց մեծ նշանակություն ունի ներկուսակցական ընտրական մեխանիզմներով անցնելը, հասակակիցների մոտ որոշակի հեղինակություն և վարկանիշ ձեռք բերելը և այդ կերպ քվեներ ստանալը։ Դա նաև օգտակար է հենց այդ երիտասարդների կարիերայի աճի համար, իսկ այս դեպքում ընդամենը Փաշինյանը և նրա կուսակցության վարչության անդամները որոշել են իրենց պատկերացումներով և քմահաճույքներով երիտասարդական կառուցի ղեկավարների նշանակել։

Ցավում ենք այդ երիտասարդների համար, որոնք արդեն վաղ տարիքում որոշել են դառանալ ապիկար և դավաճան կուսակցության ակտիվ անդամներ և նրանց հետ միասին կիսել պատասխանատվության այն ծանր բեռը, որ դրված է Փաշինյանի ուսերին։
