Խոզի գրիպի ազռիթով համաճարակ հայտարարել պահանջոները գոնե մինիմալ պրոֆիլակտիկա անո՞ւմ են այդ վարակի դեմ իրենց առօրիայում, թե՞ հերթական անգամ գործ ունենք հայտնի երևույթի հետ, երբ ինչ որ խումբ իր մտահոգությունն է հայտնում ինչ որ բանի շուրջ, մեկ էլ հայտնվում է թեմային ընդհանրապես չտիրապետող մի բանակ, որին սակայն խիստ դուր է գալիս էդ աժիոտաժը ու գնա՜ց ալիքը։
Եղբայր, մի հատ եկեք սառը դատենք էլի։ Բնավ նպատակ չունեմ մեղադրելու, կամ էլ պաշտպանելու, առավել ևս, որ բացթողումներ ու ճիշտ բաներ կան երկու հակամարտող ճամբարներում էլ։
Նայեք, համաճարակ-համաճարակ որ ասում եք, էդ հո պատվերով համերգ չի, որ երբ ուզենաս՝ հայտարարվի։ Կան ինչ որ չափորոշիչներ ու կրիտերիաներ, որոնց առկայության դեպքում միայն կարելի է հայտարարել համաճարակ։ Օրինակ երեկ Vahagn Tevosyan-ը գրել էր, որ ինչ որ 150․000 հիվանդ պետք է լինի, կամ էլ անխուսափելի ռիսկ, որ կարող է այդքան մարդ հիվանդանալ։ Այս պահի դրությամբ հիվանդանոցներում հաշվառված է այս վարակով ախտահարված մոտ 1000 մարդ․․․
Նայենք հարցի մյուս կողմին։ Կարո՞ղ ենք արդյոք պնդել, որ առնվազն որոշ դեպքերում մարդիկ մահացել են ոչ այնքան առողջապահական համակարգի սխալների, այլ նրա պատճառով, որ դիմել են հիվանդանոց միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ բանը բանից անցած է եղել և ինչ որ բան փոխելն արդեն ուշ է եղել։ Ավելին, այսօր գործի գալուց նայում էի մեր «մտահոգ» հանրությանը․ ձևի համար մի հոգու չտեսա ռեսպիրատոր դիմակով։ Էլ չասեմ այլ մինիմալ անհրաժեշտ հիգիենիկ-պրոֆիլակտիկ միջոցների մասին, որոնք պետք է, որ կիրառվեն համաճարակի իրական վտանգի դեպքում էլ, առանց դրա էլ։
Ու եթե հիվանդանոց չդիմելու պարագայում դեռ կարելի է արդարացնել, որ հիմա հիվանդանոց դիմելը թանկ հաճույք է ու մարդիկ փող չունեն, ապա մնացած բաներն էլ ախր հո փողով չե՞ն․ ռեսպիրատոր դիմակներ, ձեռքերը լվալ, սխտորի ու սոխի ավելի շատ սպառում, թեյ և այլն․․․ այս ամենն էլ հո հասու բաներ են գրեթե յուրաքանչյուրին։
Մի խոսքով, խուճապի մի տրվեք, մի սպասեք, որ ԱՆ-ում կախարդական փայտիկ կհանեն ու միանգամից կհաղթեն վարակը, պահպանեք մինիմալ նորմերը՝ վարակից պաշտպանվելու համար, եթե տեսնում եք, որ հիվանդոտ եք, դիմեք պոլիկլինիկա՝ առանց սպասելու, որ ջերմություններդ բարձրանա մինչև պատալոկ ու քիչ տրվեք պրոֆանների ու պանիկյոռների մանիպուլյացիաներին։
