Նավթի գները արդեն 30 դոլարից էլ ցածր են, բայց Հայաստանում բենզինի գինը իջնելու միտում չի էլ պատրաստվում ունենալ։ Տպավորություն է, որ մեր բենզին ներկրողները ոչ թե բնական նավթից «քաշած» բենզին են գնում, այլ սլանցային նավթից, կամ էլ եսիմ՝ կարտոֆիլից են բենզին ու դիզվառելիք ստանում։
Չի կարող լինել որևէ ռացիոնալ պատճառ նրան, երբ նավթի գինը 120 դոլարից հասնում է 30 դոլարի, իսկ բենզինի գներն էժանանում է 5-7 տոկոսով։ Դա պարզապես աբսուրդ է ու դրա միակ բացտրությունը կարող է լինել այն, որ մեր երկրում վառելիքի ներկրումը մոնոպոլիզացված է ու տվյալ օլիգարխները պարզապես կատաղի կերպով գերշահույթ են ստանում ստեղծված իրավիճակում։ Դրա համար էլ օրինակ Նոյեմբերյանի ու Իջևանի ժողովուրդը գերադասում է գնալ Վրաստանում բենզին լցնել, որովհետև նույնիսկ ճանապարհածախսի առկայության պարագայում, նրանք խնայողություն են անում։
Սա հերթական անգամ գալիս է ցույց տալու ան, թե ինչ հակապետական ու դեստրուկտիվ էլեմենտներ են հայաստանյան օլիգարխները։ Օլիգարխներ կան շատ երկրներում, բայց կան երկրներ, որտեղ գոնե օլիգարխատի մի մասը հասկանում է, որ իր բարեկեցության հարատևությունը միայն փոխի բացարձակ քանակից չէ պայմանավորված, այլ այն միջավայրի կայունությունից ու բարեկեցությունից, որից էլ նա փողղ է աշխատում։ Այիսինքն՝ տվյալ պետությունից։ Դրա համար էլ, այդպիսի մեծահարուստները հասկանում են, որ չի կարելի դանակը ոսկորին հասցնել ու հարկ եղած դեպքում նույնիսկ ներդրումներ են անում, մինիմալի են հասցնում իրենց եկամուտը տվյալ ոլորտում, որպեսզի արդյունքում կարողանան պահպանել իրավիճակի կայունությունն իրենց միջավայրում ու չկարցնեն սպառողին։
Բայց դե երազանքներ-երազանքներ։ Մերոնց որտեղի՞ց այդքան ինքնագիտակցություն ու պատասխանատվություն, որ մի հատ էլ հասկանան, որ ժողովրդի մասին մտածելով՝ հենց իրենց մասին են մտածում, իսկ ժողովրդին՝ մինչև վերջին կաշին քերթելով, կորցնում են իրենց ապրանքների սպառման շուկան։
