Ռուսաստանում խիստ դժգոհ են Հայաստանի հետ քաղաքականություն մշակողներից

Ռուսական քաղաքական վերնախավում գնալով սրվում են դժգոհությունները Հայաստանի ուղղությամբ քաղաքականություն մշակողների նկատմամբ։ Կրեմլում երկար ժամանակ կարծում էին, թե Հայաստանը տարբերակ չունի պոկվելու Մոսկվայից, ուստի առանձնապես ջանքեր չէին գործադրում Երևանի հետ հարաբերությունները ջերմ պահելու, Հայաստանում էլ փափուկ քաղաքականություն վարելու ուղղությամբ։

Ըստ էության, Մոսկվայում միշտ և առանց հիմքերի կարծել են, թե Հայաստանն այսպես, թե այնպես ռուսամետ է, կարիք չկա Երևանի հետ հարաբերվելիս «փշի-փշի» անել։ Այդ արատավոր մտածողությանը նպաստել են, թե՛ Մոսկվայում Հայաստանի ուղղությամբ քաղաքականություն մշակողները, թե՛ մեր երկրում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանի հաշվետվությունները։ Այժմ, երբ հարաբերություններում հսկայական խզում կա, փաշինյանական իշխանությունն էլ չի թաքցնում արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու մտադրությունը, իսկ ռուսամետ ընդդիմությունը սաղմնային վիճակից չի աճել, Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինի աշխատանքը բացասաբար են գնահատում։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Կրեմլում բոլորն էլ հասկանում են, որ Կոպիրկինը մեծ շղթայի ընդամենը փոքր և անտաղանդ օղակ է՝ թաթախված ՀՀ իշխանությունների հետ տարբեր գործարքներում։ Հիմնական մեղավորն ավելի վերևում է՝ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը։ Ընդ որում, ձախողումները միայն Հայաստանի մասով չեն, ՌԴ դեսպանները երկրների մեծ մասում ձախողվել են, չեն կարողացել առաջ մղել իրենց երկրի շահերը, սերտաճել են տարբեր կառույցների, կոռուպցիոն սխեմաների հետ։

Ռուսաստանի նախագահի աշխատակազմում վաղուց կարծում են, թե Լավրովն այլևս ժամկետանց է, չի կարողանում ադեկվատ արձագանքել իրողություններին, և հարկավոր է ազատվել նրանից, փոխարենը եռանդուն և պատրաստված անձի նշանակել ԱԳ նախարարի պաշտոնում։ Կրեմլում ցանկանում են ռեստարտ անել արտաքին քաղաքականությունը, փոխել դիվանագիտական կորպուսի հիմնական դեմքերին, դեսպաններին, սակայն ոչ հիմա, 2024 թ. նախագահական ընտրություններից հետո։ Կարծում են՝ այս պահին ցնցումներ հարկավոր չեն, իսկ ընտրություններում Պուտինի անխուսափելի հաղթանակից հետո լավրովներին հեռացնելը խաղուպար է լինելու։
