Այսօր ԱԺ հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում ընթացող 2024 թվականի բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ պատգամավորներն Արդարադատության նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանից հետաքրքրվեցին, թե Գավառում նոր դատարանի շենք կառուցելու համար որքա՞ն գումար են հատկացրել, և քրեակատարողական հիմնակներում ընթացող բարեփոխումների արդյունքներից գո՞հ է։
Պատասխանելով հարցերին, Արդարադատության նախարարն ասաց, որ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում մոտ 1,5 մլրդ դրամի շինաշխատանքներ են իրականացվել։
«Արդյունքներից գոհ չենք կարող լինել, որովհետև շատ անմխիթար վիճակում մեզ ժառանգություն է հասել, և հնարավոր կլինի գոհունակություն հայտնել այն ժամանակ, երբ իրականում կառուցվի նոր բանտը։ Այն կլինի պիլոտային բանտ բոլոր մնացած քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների համար։ Արդյունքները բավականին լավն են՝ կապված «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ-ի հետ, որտեղ նորմալ պայմաններ են ապահովել, տեղադրվել է օդափոխության համակարգ։ Վերջապես կարող ենք ասել, որ կա բանտ, որը համապատասխանում է միջազգային ստանդարտներին»,- նշեց Գ. Մինասյանը։
Նա նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ մեծ շինաշխատանքներ են սկսվել «Աբովյան» ՔԿՀ-ում, որտեղ կանայք ու անչափահասներն են կրում իրենց պատիժը։ Եթե որևէ խնդիր այնտեղ չծագի, ապա Արդարադատության նախարարը խոստանում է հաջորդ տարի ասել, որ արդեն կա երկրորդ բանտը, որը համապատասխանում է միջազգային ստանդարտներին։
Ինչ վերաբերում է դատարանների շենքերի ապահովմանը, Գրիգոր Մինասյանն ասաց, որ ամենալուրջ առաջընթացը, որ ունեցել են՝ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանների շենքային պայմանների ապահովումն էր։
«Վարչապետից ունենք հանձնարարական նոր չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան դատարանների շենքեր կառուցելու համար։ Համաշխարհային բանկի հետ նախագծել ենք այդ մեծ ռեֆորմը, որը մի քանի տասնյակ միլիարդ դրամի է հասնում»,- եզրափակեց Գրիգոր Մինասյանը։
