Հիմա կասեք՝  էլի Ջալալ Հարությունյանին հիշեց, բա ո՞նց չհիշես նրան, նրա յոթը պորտը ու չասես՝ Ջալալը ՀՀ քաղաքացի՞ է, թե՞ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի։ Նիկոլին, որ լսենք՝ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի է։ Եթե Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի է, ինչու՞ Ադրբեջանի  քաղաքացուն, որը ծնվել է Ասկերանի շրջանի Բադարա գյուղում ու զբաղեցրել է ադրբեջանական բանակում գլխավոր պաշտոններ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը  պատերազմից հետո բերել ու Հայաստանում պաշտոն է տվել։

Ինչու՞ 2021 թվականի փետրվարին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի հրամանով Ջ․ Հարությունյանը նշանակվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Պաշտպանության Նախարարության ռազմական վերահսկողական ծառայության պետ։ Պատկերացնու՞մ եք Ադրբեջանի  ՊԲ հրամանատարի առաջին տեղակալ-շտաբի պետին բերել ու տեղավորել է Հայկական բանակում։ Այն ժամանակ չգիտե՞ր, որ Ջալալը ՀՀ քաղաքացի չէ ու իրավունք չունի պաշտպանության ոլորտում պաշտոն զբաղեցնի։ Արցախը հանձնելուց հետո՞ իմացավ, որ Արցախի քաղաքացին ՀՀ քաղաքացի չէ։ Հիմա կասեք, 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերին ազատել են պաշտոնից։ Պաշտոնից ազատել են քրեական գործով, ոչ թե Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի լինելու պատճառով։ Ի դեպ, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 550-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով՝ 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում ծառայողական պարտականությունների նկատմամբ «անփույթ վերաբերմունք» դրսևորելու կապակցությամբ հոդվածը ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է, որ Ջալալը կռվել է Հայաստանի կողմից, որովհետև Հայաստանն է նրա վրա քրեական հոդված դրել, որովհետև Հայաստանն է՝ հանձինս Նիկոլի, նրա վրա բարկացել, որ թշնամուն լավ չի ջախջախել։  Եվ հոդված է նշանակել, որ Ադրբեջանի դեմ անփույթ է կռվել։ Սա ի՞նչ է նշանակում։
