«ՈՄՍ»-ին «Գմբեթ 2»-ի ինժեներական աշխատանքներ կատարելու և դրամահավաք իրականացնելու թույլտվություն չի տրվել․ ՊՆ

ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն կամ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ-ն «ՈՄԱ» հասարակական կազմակերպությանը ինժեներական աշխատանքների կատարման թույլտվություն չի տվել և «ՈՄԱ»-ն «պաշտպանական երկրորդ գծում», ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ԶՈՒ պատասխանատվության գոտիներում ինժեներական աշխատանքներ չի կատարել և չի կատարում։
Այս մասին Tert.am-ի գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան տեղեկացրել են ՀՀ ՊՆ-ից։
Ռազմական գերատեսչությունից նաև պարզաբանել են, որ «ՈՄԱ»-ի հիշյալ նախաձեռնությունն, ինչպես նաև առհասարակ որևէ դրամահավաք ՊՆ-ի հետ համաձայնեցված չէ։
«ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-ն սահմանային և թիկունքային պահպանության տեղամասերում ամրաշինական և ինժեներական աշխատանքները պատշաճ իրականացնում է և այն իրականացնելու ընթացքում նյութական և ֆինանսական աջակցության կարիք չունի։ ՀՀ պետական բյուջեից ՊՆ-ին այդ նպատակով հատկացված ֆինանսական միջոցները լիովին բավարար են նշված աշխատանքները հավուր պատշաճի կազմակերպելու համար»,- մատնանշել են ՊՆ-ից։
Մինչդեռ ՈՄԱ-ի ծրագրերի պատասխանատու Էդգար Մարգարյանը՝ Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում վստահեցրեց, որ «Գմբեթ 2» նախագծով սահմանային գոտում կառուցվող փայտահողային պաշտպանական կետերի մասին ՊՆ-ն տեղյակ է։
Նրա փոխանցմամբ՝ փայտահողային պաշտպանական կետեր կառուցում են սահմանային գոտու 2-րդ և 3-րդ պաշտպանական գծերում։
