ԱԳՆ–ի բյուջեն 2024-ին կավելանա 504 մլն դրամով․ ի՞նչ նպատակով է ծախսվելու գումարը

2024 թվականի պետական բյուջեի նախագծով առաջարկվում է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությանը տրամադրել 16 մլրդ 616 մլն դրամ։ ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում 2024 թվականի պետական բյուջեի քննարկման ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը։

«2024 թվականի բյուջեի նախագծով առաջարկը կազմում է 16 մլրդ 616 մլն դրամ, ինչը 2023 թվականի համեմատ շատ է 504 մլն դրամով։ Նախարարությունը 5 ծրագիր է իրականացնում` միջազգային հարաբերությունների և դիվանագիտության ոլորտում մասնագետների պատրաստում և վերապատրաստում, այնուհետև արտաքին գործերի ոլորտում կառավարության քաղաքականության մշակում և իրականացում, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցություն, օտարերկրյա պետություններում ՀՀ դիվանագիտական ծառայության մարմինների գործունեության կազմակերպում և իրականացում, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ–ում և օտարերկրյա պետություններում արարողակարգային միջոցառումների իրականացում»,– նշեց Հովհաննիսյանը։

Նա շեշտեց, որ ԱԳՆ-ին նախատեսվում է հատկացնել իրենց հայտից 1 միլիարդով պակաս գումար։

Հարցին, թե ինչն է պատճառը, որ հայտից ավելի քիչ գումար է նախատեսվում տրամադրել, Հովհաննիսյանը պատասխանեց՝ ճշգրտման և հաշվարկային տարբերությունները, օրինակ` աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման առաջարկ է եղել, սակայն միջանկյալ լուծում են գտել։
