Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանը միշտ պատրաստ է աջակցել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատմանը: Նա այս մասին ասել է verelq.am-ին:
«Սահմանազատումը երկկողմանի հարց է, իսկ (սահմանազատման հարցերով հանձնաժողով-Խմբ.) համանախագահները Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունների փոխվարչապետներն են։ Ինչ վերաբերում է այս գործընթացում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության մասնակցությանը և դերին, ապա մենք միշտ պատրաստ ենք աջակցություն ցուցաբերել։ Մենք միշտ պատրաստ ենք աջակցել և տրամադրել փաստաթղթեր, ներառյալ քարտեզագրական փաստաթղթերը, որոնք պատմականորեն գոյություն ունեն Ռուսաստանում», - ասել է նա:
Տարածաշրջանում հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման մասով Օվերչուկը նշել է.«Ինչ վերաբերում է հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակմանը, ապա աշխատանքային խումբը ֆորմալ առումով գոյություն ունի։ Վերջին անգամ հավաքվել ենք հունիսի 2-ին։ Մեղրիով երկաթուղու շինարարության մեկնարկի վերաբերյալ հիմնականում համատեղ հայտարարության տեքստը նույնպես մեծ մասամբ պատրաստ է։ Ինչ վերաբերում է բուն ճանապարհի կառուցմանը, ապա գիտեք, որ Ադրբեջանն արդեն սկսել է Իրանի տարածքով ավտոմայրուղու շինարարությունը՝ շրջանցելով Հայաստանի տարածքը։ Ինչպես գիտենք, Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության և Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության միջև ստորագրվել է նաև հուշագիր Իրանի տարածքով Հայաստանի տարածքը շրջանցող երկաթուղու կառուցման վերաբերյալ», - նշել է Օվերչուկը։
Լրագրողի հարցին առ այն, թե արդյոք ՌԴ փոխվարչապետի՝ հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման հարցերով աշխատանքային խումբը «ֆորմալ առումով գործում է» ձևակերպումը նշանակո՞ւմ է, որ այն ֆորմալ դեռ կա, սակայն իրականում չի աշխատում, Օվերչուկը հակիրճ պատասխանել է.«Մենք ժամանակ առ ժամանակ շփվում ենք»:
