«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության համահիմնադիր Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
Հիմա էլ Արարատ Միրզոյանն է գլուխ գովում, որ չկա աշխարհում մի կառավարություն, որը կարող է անցնցում, առանց որեւէ խնդրի, 3-4 օրում ընդունել հարյուր հազարից ավելի փախստական։
Փաստորեն Արարատ Միրզոյանն էլ չի հասկացել, որ այդ մարդիկ փախստական չեն և լավագույն դեպքում կարող են համարվել ներքին տեղահանվածներ։ Արցախցիները համարվում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի, տիրապետում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքին, գերակշիռ մասը Հայաստանում ունեն բարեկամներ, ընկերներ, չունեն լեզվի կամ ինտեգրման որևէ այլ խնդիր։
Արդյունքում տեղահանվածները Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում բնակվում են իրենց, իրենց բարեկամների, կամ մեր այլ հայրենակիցների կատարած աշխատանքի շնորհիվ և այդ մասով կառավարության աշխատանքը մեծ դեր չի ունեցել։ Էլ չասեմ, որ ցավոք, նման գործընթացի միջով մեկ անգամ անցել ենք 2020թ․-ին Արցախի կորցրած տարածքների մոտ 40.000 բնակիչների մասով։
Ընդհակառակը, Արարատ Միրզոյանը պետք է միջազգային հանրությունից պահանջի Արցախում միջազգային անվտանգության ապահովում՝ արցախցիների վերադարձի համար, ինչը բազմիցս խոստացել է միջազգային հանրությունը Հայաստանի իշխանություններին։
Թե չէ, մի օր էլ միջազգային հանրությունը կաջակցի Սյունիքի կամ Տավուշի բնակիչների տեղահանմանը՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները փախստական տեղավորելու աշխարհի չեմպիոնն են։
