Մանաթի հերթական արժեզրկումն անխուսափելի է. Marja

Ադրբեջանի բանկերն ու փորձագետները մանաթի 2-րդ արժեզրկումը, երբ այն մեկ դոլարի դիմաց հավասարվեց 1,7 մանաթի, կապում են նավթի գինը 25-30 դոլարի հասնելու հետ: Այս տարվա սկզբից անցած 14 օրում նավթը 8 դոլարով կամ 21 տոկոսով էժանանալով, այսօր իջել է 29 դոլարի: Դա նշանակում է, որ Ադրբեջանի նավթային եկամուտներն ավելի են նվազելու: Հունվարի 4-ին նավթը վաճառվում էր 37 դոլարով:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը,marja.az կայքը կանխատեսում է, որ մանաթի հերթական արժեզրկումը, որը Ադրբեջանը կտանի խորը ճգնաժամի, անխուսափելի է:
Marja.az-ի հաշվարկներով` որպեսզի տանելի կերպով իրագործվի 2016 թվականի պետբյուջեն, որում նավթի գինը մեկ բարելի համար հաշվարկված է 50 դոլար, մանաթով արտահայտված` մեկ բարել նավթից եկամուտը պետք է կազմի 52,5 մանաթ, իսկ դրա համար 1 դոլարը պետք է հավասար լինի 1,81 մանաթի:
«56 մանաթ վաստակելու եւ առաջիկայում նավթի եւս որոշ չափով էժանացման հնարավորությունից ապահովագրվելու համար 1 դոլարը պետք է հավասար լինի 1,9-2,2 մանաթի: Ստեղծված իրավիճակն անխուսափելի է դարձնում մանաթի հերթական 40- տոկոսանոց արժեզրկումը», -գրում է Ադրբեջանի տնտեսական լուրերի կայքը:
Նշենք, որ միջազգային բանկերը կանխատեսում են, որ նավթի մեկ բարելի գինն այս տարվա առաջին կեսին պետք է կազմի 20 դոլար: Մեծ Բրիտանիայի Standart Chartered բանկը հնարավոր է համարում նավթի մեկ բարելի գինը 10 դոլար կազմելը:
Եթե նավթի գինն ընկնի 20 դոլար, ապա Ադրբեջանի 2016 թվականի բյուջեի իրագործման համար մեկ դոլարը պետք է հավասար լինի 2,5 մանաթի, 10 դոլարի իջնելու դեպքում` անհրաժեշտ կլինի, որ մեկ դոլարը հավասար լինի 5,2 մանաթի:
Մանաթի ավելի էժանացումը կբերի ապրանքների էլ ավելի թանկացմանը, ինչը խիստ կծանրացնի Ադրբեջանի վիճակը, նշում է կայքը:
