SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով երեկ՝ նոյեմբերի 2-ին, բավականին թեժ ու հագեցած օպերացիա է իրականացվել է ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության՝ վարչության պետ Աթուր Զաքարյանի, ոստիկանության Վանաձոր քաղաքի Բազումի բաժնի պետ Դավիթ Պետրոսյանի և ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժնի պետ Մելինե Եղշատյանի գլխավորությամբ: Այն, որ ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչությունն ու տարածքային ստորաբաժանումները հսկայածավալ աշխատանքներ են կատարել ու շարունակում են կատարել ՀՀ Քր. օր.-ի տարբեր հոդվածներով հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող, այդ թվում աղմկահարույց դեպքերով հետախուզվողների հայտնաբերման ուղղությամբ՝ անհերքելի փաստ է:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, երեկ ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչությունում և ոստիկանության Բազումի բաժնում օրեր շարունակ կատարված հսկայածավալ աշխատանքների արդյունքում հավաստի տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Վանաձորում տեղի ունեցած առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության համար հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող տղամարդը հայտնի է, թե որտեղ է գտնվում։
Վարչության պետի, Բազումի և Գուգարքի բաժնի պետերի գլխավորությամբ օպերատիվ խմբերը գործի են անցնում և տեղում որոշվում է իրականացնել «Երկաթե լեդիից չես կարող խույս տալ» օպերացիան ու կարճ ժամանակում ոստիկանները Լոռու մարզի վարչական շրջաններից մեկում հայտնաբերում են հետախուզման մեջ գտնող 36-ամյա Արշակ Ա.-ին և տեղափոխում ոստիկանություն, որտեղից էլ նրան ներկայացնում են Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
