Մայրաքաղաքում զբոսաշրջության զարգացման նպատակով այս տարի հատկացվելու է 20 միլիոն դրամ

Մայրաքաղաքում զբոսաշրջության զարգացման համար այս տարի տրամադրվելու է 20 միլիոն դրամ: Այս մասին հունվարի 14-ին, Երևանի ավագանու 2015 թ. կատարած աշխատանքների ամփոփման ժամանակ ասաց Երևանի ավագանու «ԲարգավաճՀայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավարՋիվան Պողոսյանը:
«Մեր խմբակցության առաջարկներն անցած տարի եղել են տարբեր շենքերի ու մայթերի վերանորոգումների, ինչպես նաև տուրիզմի ոլորտում քաղաքի զարգացման վերաբերյալ: Այս տարի Երևանում զբոսաշրջության զարգացման համար հատկացվել է 20 միլիոն դրամ, սակայն մայրաքաղաքի գերակա շահերից մեկի համար այդ գումարը քիչ է: Մենք առաջարկել ենք զբոսաշրջության հետ կապված լուծել այնպիսի առաջնային խնդիր, ինչպիսին է հանրային զուգարանների խնդիրը, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են ոչ միայն զբոսաշրջիկների համար, այլ նաև՝ մարզերից մայրաքաղաք ժամանած քաղաքացիների», - «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց Ջիվան Պողոսյանը:
Խոսելով մայրաքաղաքում զբոսաշրջության զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ աշխատանքների մասին՝ «Բարև Երևան»խմբակցության ներկայացուցիչ Անահիտ Բախշյանը նշեց, որ Երևանում կա շատ կարևոր գորգերի թանգարան, դեպի որը տանող ճանապարհը սարսափելի վիճակում էր, սակայն մայրաքաղաքի ավագանու առաջարկությամբ այն 2015թ. վերանորոգվեց:
«Երևանում շատ խնդիրներ կան, որոնց հետ երևանցին բախվում է ամեն օր: Օրինակ՝ Աջափնյակ համայնքում կա մի շենք, որը Երևանի հաշվեկշռում չեն ընդգրկում: Այն ժամանակին եղել է պետական սեփականություն, որի տասնութ բնակարանները նվիրել են բնակիչներին: Այն չունի տանիք, կոյուղի, աստիճանավանդակները սարսափելի վիճակում են: Քաղաքապետարանի տվյալներով, այն չի գտնվում իր հաշվեկշռում, ինչի պատճառով բարձիթողի վիճակում է, սակայն այնտեղ ապրում են մարդիկ», - ասաց Անահիտ Բախշյանը:
Շարունակելով իր խոսքը մայրաքաղաքի խնդիրների մասին՝ նա ասաց, որ «Բարև, Երևան» խմբակցությունը բյուջեի վերաբերյալ 14 առաջարկ է արել, իսկ Երևանի զարգացման ծրագրի վերաբերյալ՝ 7 առաջարկ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ 13-ն ընդունվել են, որոնք վերաբերվել են քաղաքապետարանի աշխատանքի թափանցիկությանը և հաշվետվողականությանը:
«Ես չեմ կարող ասել, որ ավագանու աշխատանքը գերազանց է ընթացել, սակայն չի եղել մի հարց, որն անպատասխան մնացաշ լիներ: Անցած տարվա ընթացքում նիստերի ժամանակ քննարկվել է 178 հարց, որոնց վերաբերյալ կայացվել են որոշումներ», - ասաց Երևանի քաղաքապետի խորհրդական Գագիկ Բաղդասարյանը:
«Մենք ունենք ուժեղ քաղաքապետ, ով հիանալի կառավարիչ է , սակայն չկարողացանք հասնել նրան, որ քաղաքապետը զգա իրեն որպես ավագանու անդամ, երբ որոշումներ կայացնելիս չի երևում, որ տվյալ հարցում հենց ավագանին էր ուղղորդել քաղաքապետին՝ կայացնելու նման որոշում», - նշեց Հանրային մասնակցություն տեղական ինքնակառավարման ծրագրիհամակարգող, Համայնքների ֆինանսիստների միավորման խորհրդի անդամ Աբրահամ Արտաշեսյանը:
Խոսելով ամանորյա օրերին ձյունը չմաքրելու համար մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին քաղաքապետի կողմից հայտարարված նկատողության վերաբերյալ՝ Հանրային մասնակցություն տեղական ինքնակառավարման ծրագրի համակարգողը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ նույն կերպ քաղաքապետը պետք է ավագանու անդամներին զեկուցեր, թե ինչու ինքը չի կանգնել նույն վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարների կողքին, որպեսզի աշխատանքներն իրականանային ժամանակին:
