Մահվան ելքով վրաերթ՝ Կոտայքի մարզում

Այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 4-ին, մահվան ելքով վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում: Ժամը 06:50-ի սահմաններում Կոտայքի մարզի բնակի 67-ամյա Հայկ Ա.-ն իր վարած Mercedes մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի 16 կմ հատվածում՝ Աբովյանի վարչական տարածքում, վրաերթի է ենթարկել հետիոտնի:
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վարորդը փախուստի չի դիմել, ահազանգել է շտապօգնություն և օպերատիվորեն ժամանած «Աբովյան» բժշկական կնետրոնի շտապօգնության խումբը տեղում արձանագրել է հետիոտնի մահը:
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի պարեկները ՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արտյոմ Սահակյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Լևոն Բադալյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Արտակ Ասատրյանի, գումարտակի ծառայությոն տեսուչ Կառլեն Բաղյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Դավիթ Հովհաննիսյանի և դասակի հրամանատար Արմեն Ավետիսյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Տեղում տարածքը սահմանազատել են նույն վաշտի ավագ պարեկներ Խաչատուր Էլոյանը, Ստեփան Կույումջյանը, Ներսես Ասատրյանը և պարեկներ Նարեկ Հովսեփյանն ու Կարեն Սախոյանը:Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ այսքան շատ պարեկների ժամանման պատճառը կայանում է նրանում, քանի որ հետաքրքրասեր վարորդները արագընթաց այս ճանապարհին մեքենաները կայանում են և ստեղծում ոչ միայն խցանում, այլև վթարային իրավիճակ, սակայն մեծ թվով պարեկներին հաջողվում է բոլորին հեռացնել դեպքի վայրից, հակառակ դեպքում, ինչպես եղել է շատ հաճախ, հետաքրքրասերների պատճառով ավտովթարներ ու վրաերթեր են տեղի ունեցել դեպքի վայրերում:
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Էդմոնդ Այվազյանի գլխավորությամբ:Վրաերթի մասին ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ Հովհաննես Չալաբյանի, Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Կարեն Փթուկյանի, քննչական բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Յուրա Պապյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Գրիգոր Դալլաքյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Դեպքի փաստով Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:Վարորդը տեղում ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության, եղել է սթափ: Քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվում է ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք: Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են մահացածի ինքնությունը:
